The latest chilling info from a DHS Insider (Part 1)

Introduction
23 December 2012:
After a lengthy, self-imposed informational black-out, my high-level DHS contact known as “Rosebud” emerged with new, non-public information about plans being discussed and prepared for implementation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the near future. It is important to note that this black-out was directly related to the aggressive federal initiative of identifying and prosecuting “leakers,” at least those leaks and leakers not sanctioned by the executive office – the latter of which there are many.

Due to those circumstances, my source exercised an abundance of caution to avoid compromising a valuable line of communication until he had information he felt was significant enough to risk external contact. The following information is the result of an in-person contact between this author and “Rosebud” within the last 48 hours. With his permission, the interview was digitally recorded and the relevant portions of the contact are provided in a conversational format for easier reading. The original recording was copied onto multiple discs and are maintained in secure locations for historical and insurance purposes.

Meeting The following began after an exchange of pleasantries and other unrelated discussion:

DH: Do I have your permission to record this conversation?
RB: You do.

DH: I’ve received a lot of e-mail from people wondering where you went and why you’ve been so quiet.
RB: As I told you earlier, things are very dicey. Weird things began to happen before the election and have continued since. Odd things, a clampdown of sorts. I started looking and I found [REDACTED AT THE REQUEST OF THIS SOURCE], and that shook me up. I’m not the only one, though, that found a [REDACTED], so this means there’s surveillance of people within DHS by DHS. So, that explains this cloak and dagger stuff for this meeting.

DH: I understand. What about the others?
RB: They are handling it the same way.

DH: I’ve received many e-mails asking if you are the same person giving information to Ulsterman. Are you?

Some interesting stuff to keep in mind. I dunno if this is true or not, but what hes saying does make a lot of sense and is a very good plan (for the Elites) if it did happen.

I don't see any chilling info, just a telephone call with a transcript of a guy saying he's interested in talking to you. So part one was a bust, has anyone read part two (I hesitate to click on some things, and why would a whistleblower be posting things at HS.com???). Thanks.

This is a nice one. It mentions evidence that might exist but, if you go to check it and it does not exist it is because they covered it up. And of course it also covers anybody who says it is bunk by claiming the enemy is very internet savy and has paid agents. And when this person is done having fun with all the poor saps who buy into it, they can claim it was all stopped by him exposing the secret plans. I guess I am paid agent then. Because this is a load of crap. Let me go see if Obama will give me some cash.

It is the role of DHS and TSA to manage domestic security, as such if they did not have plans and preparations for civil disturbances then they are not doing their job. As for how any actual disturbances are going to come about, natural or man made it is a wait and see as there are many risks, threats and possibilities in this world.

I have not looked into the Sandy Hook incident, but aware there is some doubting of what actually happened. Something that is to be expected as media and political trust has been diminished over the years from other previous events. If there is more to Sandy Hook than publicly accepted, then the issue of gun control is a strong motive. While it is unrealistic to expect any gun bans to be fully successful, some reduction will make things a little easier for any troops sent in. If things are all really being planned then I would expect a longer lead in time with gun control to help soak them up, like 6 to 24 months rather than 2 or 3 months. Or else maybe those tasked with gun collection will have the resources to quickly form a strong militia as all the timing falls into place and the guns are 'waiting for destruction'?. It does feel like my imagination is getting the better of me on this one.

I do find some credence in the financial challenges going on and is one growing risk with a high impact on the nation. I consider there is a small chance for an intentional and coordinated economic collapse for population control, would expect a foreign force rather than domestic as the drivers but in this crazy world not a lot will surprise me. If the economy does fail, then more likely due to unsustainable practice, incompetence and corruption, with a few trying to profit in the chaos. There is a strong risk of some economic problems and is very reasonable that many government and other organizations make preparations.

While some care is needed with all information accessed through the internet, overall it does provide a pessimistic and conspiratorial view of the main risks and challenges currently facing America. Personally, I do not tend to take any predictions too seriously, but remain aware or any possibilities and risks. In trying to sort out the facts from the fiction do not rely on just one source.

I am admitting here that I am trained by DHS and FEMA for 1st Response. (And dont care who knows it....and yes my family, friends and employer all know I am). We train, train and train some more....differently each time, and going over the same things and situations under different conditions.

In one case recently, we were learning to L7-create helicopter landing zones. It too said for "in the near future". While training...the training literature said "sometime before 2025..." Thats an example of their "in the near future".

We have to train and almost always its not based on anything "secret" or "happening right now". No matter who this revealer is...I'd say its not true. Because if really real....he wouldnt be revealing anything. Whistleblower or not.
