Point taken, and I have actually wondered this myself on occasion. I've also wondered about how ethical they really are, and perhaps they aren't good for any species at all. I do watch them when I'm in the right frame of mind simply because they tend to be very beautiful, but generally don't watch elephants or other wildlife, which I find hard to deal with sometimes. Geology is more my thing.

Anyway...defence over... I still think TV rots the mind.

Glad you are discussing this as well. There is so much to uncover. This is just one little bit of the puzzle and wanted to find if people are seeing the manipulation in the media and it is refreshing im not the only one!
