I agree with you here. The two halves are consciousness/soul (Father) and Earth/physical body (Mother). The church oh so conveniently forgot about Mother Earth when they put the bible together. Why? Because Mother Earth is where they make all their profit from, from physical things. When the world doesn't respect the Mother then you get a place like Earth, where pollution, deforestation, etc. are rampant.

Just in case you haven't had a chance to read more of the surrounding scripture in Philippians 2, here is more for context...

Philippians 2:6-11

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Confessing Jesus as Lord, brings glory to God.

Revelation 20:6

Revelation 21:22-23

22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

The Bible doesn't mention Mother Earth because it's about the eternal Kingdom of God.

The earth is not eternal.

Enough people already worshiped the earth to their own detriment. That's not where eternal life resides!!

Mother Earth leads to death! The Kingdom of God leads to eternal life!

Without Mother Earth there would be no life. Earth may not be forever but your soul is.

Without the soul to perceive, the Earth and universe would not exist. Without the Earth and the body, the soul would not have a vessel in order to express itself and nothing to perceive. The two rely on one another and the two together create the kingdom of god. One is useless without the other, if only people realized that the world might be a better place.

We are in heaven now (the universe) and Earth just so happens to be hell within heaven.

Again...how can you be certain of any of this? It is a belief or conjecture.

One thing that is not is the History of Religious Leaders of all faiths using their religions and religious text to enslave those without power. This continues to this day whether it be people throwing their hard earned money away by giving to the church or some people giving away their beautiful homes and retirement money to a TV Evangalist who places them in a sub-standard small condo developed for such suckers while they take these peoples money and live high on the hog.

I don't even blame such scum as the people who carry the blame and burden are the ones so stupid as to believe any Religion would be the doings of a GOD.

Religion is about how we sinful humans should live with one another. Religion lays out the basic ground rules because in the beginning we needed them otherwise the game of life could not have started. We along with the dimensions of the game have come a long way since. The basic ground rules are so deeply installed within us that we resent the intrusion of religion referring us back to them time and time again and so many individuals are openly rejecting religion because they don't have any other resource - that is; they, we, don't have an inbuilt delete icon.
Its all up to us now, we need to grow up and start taking responsibility for ourselves. Religion has become a crux for many. We need to have the confidence to ditch religion and go face to face with God because that is when he will reveal himself to all of us.

How does religion enslave people when it teaches that this life is only temporary, warns us of the exact people you speak of and tells us that leaders of nations and the churches on earth will be judged the harshest and with the most severity.

If people read the Bible, they would know what enslaves them and what makes them free.

First of all...people are far to eager to believe that some book is the Word of GOD. It is a Book and whether that book has words of value or not History has shown that Religious Leaders will ALWAYS abuse their power over others.

This is the problem. When people start looking to a Religion or Book to solve their problems they stop using their own Mind and Determination to think for themselves.

I can think of nothing more dangerous.

That's why the Jesus taught that religious leaders (and national leaders) should always live their lives as servants to God AND to the others in their congregations/nations. Once a leader starts treating their congregations like masters to slaves in order to oppress them, they'll have hell to pay if they don't change their ways.

The heavenly body is more than spirit.

The Bride of Christ are his followers. Mother Earth is the whore of Babylon. She entices everyone with earthly things to keep them from progressing to heavenly things and holds them back. She's the one stealing from the Father's true bride. She's a harlot who's not true to anyone and can't save anyone from death.

Yes, but it's the Bible that tells us what happens to people based on their actions.

Plus, it tells us how life is going to unfold, from beginning to end.

It says that when Jerusalem becomes a burden to the whole world, that we should be looking for Christ to resolve it, as only He can.

So far, only Israel has become a burden. If Palestine becomes a state and starts fighting for Jerusalem as it's capitol and you see the U.N. step in to try and resolve it, look out!!

I would not place so much faith in the words of the Bible as many of those words have been mistranslated.

As Example.

The Vatican as well as various other Christian Religious Groups have admitted the mistranslation of the story of Moses parting the Red Sea.

Moses did not PART the RED SEA...He CROSSED the REED SEA.

The actual Biblical Tect. properly translates that Moses and the people he led traveled to and crossed the Reed Sea which is a Mashy Tidal area between the Med and Red seas. Moses and his people crossed and when the following Egyptian Army attempted to cross the tide came in and swamped them and many chariots.

Digs of this area have found many chariots from the Egyptian Army still there and when the Vatican was asked why it does not change the Bible to the proper translation it said...To change this well known and loved story to the proper translation would only confuse the faithful.

What an ignorant thing to say. Earth is a whore? Well this whore is one of the main reasons you are here right now. This kind of disrespect for nature is exactly what's wrong with people and the world today.

Why stop bombing everything and cutting down all the trees? I mean Earth is a whore and doesn't deserve respect, right? So why don't we just go around burning all the forests down and polluting all the water if Earth is such a whore. She needs to learn her lesson right?
