Did I miss something... Like the whole thread?

Since there can be no 'blueprint' for enlightenment, that is to say no 'rapid and accurate reproduction' of enlightenment I would guess no you didn't miss anything.

Is this one of those existential things where the answer is in our minds, or "enlightenment has to come from within, it cannot be taught" or something?

Ahhh yes, one must first empty their cup before seeking enlightenment

I see what you did there.

And the cup is ALWAYS full....even if it's air.

And the cup is ALWAYS full....even if it's air.

But there is still room for enlightenment, it mixes well with air, whereas tea on the other hand, not so well. So the great sages say....

Blank Stare :|

Thanks OP for adding nothing because the responses made me laugh.

Maybe the OP's 'enlightenment' is for the readers to make something good out of nothing.

And I wonder....

What is the difference between complete emptiness and complete fullness?

LOL

You've got to draw your OWN blueprints, the road to enlightenment is unique to each but can be traveled together.

There is no difference as long as you realize you are walking the path to it.

Because there is no blueprint for enlightenment. You can't find enlightenment by seeking, or by studying. Enlightenment is when you are.

So the blueprint to enlightenment is nothing more, than a blank box? I think the OP has found a way to make everyone start talking with out saying a word. OP, you are AWESOME!

Just like George Eliot has said, "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt ." The OP is wiser than us all.

Now I know that if one puts 'enlightenment' in the title of a thread, one is guaranteed stars and flags no matter what the content. I will flag it because I'm thankful I don't have to call someone out on their dishonesty.
