I know for a fact that when soul transfer or soul abduction experiments are done
IT IS ALWAYS IN THE AREA OF BODY NEAR BELLY BUTTON
If I were you, I wouldn't assume it was all just good stuff
I would connect to God whatever your religion is, (people report some success with Jesus)
And make sure you send a message and a vibe in your prayer, that this is unacceptable
that you will be no ones experiment, put you foot down, be angry
display that you are not their property, call onto God to protect you
As corny as this sounds, it works.

It could have been your spirit, hiding in your foot, from the demons, while you were sleeping. The experience you felt when you awoke could have been your spirit re-connecting with your body.

In this 3 story building im playing hide and seek ( im 21 btw haven't played hide and seek in a while) with 2 other people i do not know i didn't see them i just knew they were there. I go to the bottom floor of this building open one of the doors and sit on one of the beds.
I would like to add i have had times where i felt an evil prescience while i lay in my bed but i think everyone has experienced that. I just always connected it with being fearful.

Hi,
I liked JAZs answer too...a rock solid foundation, IMOHO
Up until then I was thinking you are learning how to merge with your sub-conscious, and was gonna ask you how you did it.
Pardon me, I'm having another Monday.edit on (1/8/1313 by loveguy because: (no reason given)edit on (1/8/1313 by loveguy because:

Maybe you're dreaming because you watched or read something during the day similar as what happened to you?
Usually dreams are caused by reasons, body ache, earlier life experiences, work, being tired.
May Allah Guide You to the Straight Path, Peace
oh ok i thought you may have known that spirits tend to hide in your feet..

So im having a dream i am in a 3 story building which is all white...
In this 3 story building im playing hide and seek with 2 other people i do not know i didn't see them i just knew they were there. I go to the bottom floor of this building open one of the doors and sit on one of the beds.
I guess i assumed this would be a good hiding spot while im sitting there waiting to be found i start playing a game on my phone, the phone then prompts me to become awakened i click the button.
All of a sudden in real life i wake up i feel like i am being lifted out of my bed and a ball of energy or light was forming in my abdomen and being sucked out of me. I prayed to god to help me in this situation.
It felt like all of my energy was being ripped out of me but it didn't hurt at all it actually was pleasant but none the less it freaked me out. It felt like it lasted for about 3 minutes and i wouldn't open my eyes because i was fearful of what i would see.
Everything subsided and i still felt tingly all over and very very exhausted i laid in my bed for a few hours trying to wrap sense over what had just occurred.

The reason for my asking was sincere in that I'd like to be able to merge the two myself, so I could remember my dreams, and do super-human stuff; is what I tell myself, anyways!
I've searched every physical realm within my capacity to do so, which always leads me back to find it within myself...whatever is waiting for me to unlock.
Keep your barriers up for protection. I haven't applied myself in the 'Pineal-Gland' field so can only look it up myself.
An incubus (nominal form constructed from the Latin verb, incubo, incubare, or "to lie upon") is a demon in male form who, according to a number of mythological and legendary traditions, lies upon sleepers, especially women, in order to have sexual intercourse with them. Its female counterpart is the succubus. An incubus may pursue sexual relations with a woman in order to father a child. Religious tradition holds that repeated intercourse with an incubus or succubus may result in the deterioration of health, or even death.
Victims may have been experiencing waking dreams or sleep paralysis. Nocturnal arousal or nocturnal emission could be explained away by creatures causing otherwise guilt-producing behavior. Then again, victims of incubi could well have been the victims of real sexual assault. Rapists may have attributed the rapes of sleeping women to demons in order to escape punishment. A friend or relative is at the top of the list in such cases and would be kept secret by the intervention of 'spirits.' The victims and, in some cases, the magistrates, may have found it easier to explain the attack as supernatural rather than confront the idea that the attack came from someone in a position of trust.
