From my reading on Australia fires are the least of your worries. Maybe it'll kill off some of those pants messingly scary spiders or drop bears that terrorise you poor people. That is if the dingos don't eat you while escaping the flames. I suggest wrapping yourself in fire extinguishers as fires hate those things and they weigh much less than fire fighters.

Oh wow! Good luck, and I hope your home And family stay safe. I live by the ocean so I can't imagine big fires like that!! (Of course I guess I could always get a tidal wave or tsunami? ) But, ....stay safe , keep plenty of cash on you, rations, and gas in your car!

If its that bad and you think there is any chance
things could get out of hand, might not be a bad
idea to bundle up your important legal documents
and photo's and put in the trunk and take with you.

Hoping nothing happens and no fires reach any houses
but, better safe than sorry.

Sounds like you guys are having quite the time over there,
it's a balmy 30 degrees here.. although thats F not C
Snow on the ground and more coming.

Maybe we should box up some snow and ship to you
and you bag up some hot air and ship here. *lol*
