Aaaand, what do youknow: just one still frame of a surveillance video recording, which would've been more useful even as a short clip. But we can't give out that much now can we, the whole "UFO" would be identified as something quite earthly and normal.

A grainy still picture from an alleged cctv camera with what appears to be a txt book/film looking flying saucer in the frame......hmmmmmmm, yes of course it MUST be an aliens space craft.

Footage of a Still Picture ----- MMmm tells me a lot - oh yes and a snippet of background info about somebody send it to somebody and now here we are.

Sorry mate - it may even be the real deal but you must admit, it's a bit weak - I've also said a lot lately that when the real deal does come along on Video as in a recent one from China who had a craft landing and a skinny Alien coming out - we'll all say 'Wow, how did they do that'.

We are unimpressed by this uninspired photo of a supposed UFO hovering a few feet off the ground. Ghost Theory is on the right track, we think, it looks like a flatbed trailer to us too...with the axle and tires photoshopped out. Come on, hoaxers, give us something better to work with! You're just phoning it in here. With all the technological wizardry at your fingertips, faking a half decent UFO should be pretty easy. Next time, study some classic examples of The UFOs that never were: Classic photos now exposed as fakes.

Yes yes it certainly looks like a UFO.

The lights are three separate oddball lights, if there was motion blur involved you would not get that effect in a single frame, it would all be blurry in that area. You might get something similar from modulating LED's with a running video, as the modulating LED's and camera speeds interact, but you would then have to trap that effect with software AKA, CGI to produce it on a 'single frame'

My guess is that (Mr UK) has picked this up from elsewhere, and may not be the one who reported it to MUFON.
It does all seem a little hoaxy though, motion activated camera taking one shot?? I thought they are meant to take a series to create a cogent scene. One other possibilty is a time lapse picture, that would be a hoax.

To me it looks like this one in the background, some whitish shuttle-like thing showing in the tunnel behind.

hmm. i suppose a lot depends on a reasonably accurate estimate of scale.

Come on people. The channel that uploads these videos should be looked at exactly as the Thirdphaseofmoon channel is. Take a look for yourself, at both channels. It's a business of hoaxing and using hoaxes for profit. May I also add the constant "Subscribe" popping up in their videos and edits which form a "production"?

Blatently a car driving past with its indicators on. I suspect the image is a 4 second image capture or something similar. The shadow, is the shadow of the moving car as its illuminated by the indicators flashing. Not a UFO surely ?

The channel has already been noted. The picture was obtained from MUFON, as was the report, the Youtuber is the one who mentions CCTV, the report at MUFON doesn't, could be a mistake or not. What is not clear, is if the Youtuber is also the initiator of the MUFON report, although LAT/LON is given on the MUFON case file, there is an advisory saying that is is not the exact location to protect the witness, although the implication is that the witness is from nearabouts the picture. There is no picture in the case file, under not given, but it is in the search engine, so MUFON is not complete in its setup. The fact that the report itself is secondhand, is neither here or there, as long as MUFON is satisfied that the report is locally based, you'll have to ask them that.
