The US and Turkey are NATO and we have a mutual defense treaty..

I myself have been on training in Turkey.. My avatar is the insignia of the mountain and arctic warefare (ACE Mobile Force Land) element of NATO whose job was to defend the flanks of Europe from russian invasion.. I. E. Norway and Turkey..
