I need to learn what is lost when you claim Sovereignty. For instance, if you don't' have a license, how do you buy beer? Or get in somewhere that wants to see it? Regular folk simply DO NOT get it, not right now. Hell a few days ago I didn't get it. How can you handle cops (which you may be seeing more of if you don't have ID and registration on your car, etc),

How do you get loans, special Sovereign banks? Etc Etc.

Can't wait for the answers, we can set the blueprint with clear direction, obviously we have a few Sovereigns here and that helps!

While this is certainly backing towards the legitimate nature of this claim, the case does not currently have any status shown. Neither does it show the "Bar Number", or have a hyperlink next to heathers name, now this most certainly does not mean that its illegitimate, but that the case has either not passed, or is still being processed.

Either that or they are trying to purposely keep this from getting out by not publishing the status/bar-number.

The person in question "thelongjourney" said he needs the judge to state in his ruling that they won when citing "a component of the common law mythology". So you would actually have to find the court documents to prove this claim. He also states that if some one challenges the jurisdiction of the court based on them being an admiralty court, then that also qualifies.

She doesn't have a BAR number, she disavowed the BAR when she learned what it meant, being Sovereign and all. It is a BRITISH title of nobility, and therefore not lawful. So, she is a Lawyer, not an Attorney. Incidentally she spoke about this in her interview, not much was put into it but it was mentioned.

I think hellobruce could now be labeled a disinfo agent. It's not a hoax. I thought it was common knowledge that members of the BAR have an oath to support the bankruptcy, and that they are controlled by the Lawyers Guild of Great Britain. Why the hell do you think that these bastards start squirming in the courtroom when you fire everyone in the courtroom. There's a reason why they want you to have a BAR member re-present you. They are NOT on your side. And when I mention the bankruptcy, I'm talking about the United States Bankruptcy of 1933 and Reconstruction Act. Not a country dude, it's a corporation. I honor your opinion but you are stating this as fact.

In fact, Heather has 10+ years as an Attorney, and the documents to back up her work here. Other "sources" like Casper or Poof or Drake or anybody else. So far, I'd say she vets out better. Not a hoax. May be something you aren't familiar with (and I'm just now getting in there myself, becoming familiar), but not a hoax.

Now I ask you, who in their right mind would enter into contracts totaling One Hundred billion dollars in gold, when there was only eleven billion in gold in the whole world, and we had about four billion? To keep from being hung by the American public they obeyed the bankers demands and turned over our country to them. They never came out and said we were in bankruptcy but, the fact remains, we are. In 1933 the gold of the whole country had to be turned in to the bankers, and all government contracts in gold were canceled. This is bankruptcy.
