Three years ago was to never go over 160lbs ever again = success.
Two years ago was to be more spiritual and spend more time meditating = success.
Last year was to excercise more and slow down on the drink = success.
This year is to eat better, create more pieces of art and slow down on the drink even more.

Hoping for success.

I don't have a resolution, I have something I have to do.

I have to lose at least 20 pounds so I can get in my choir dress. I am going to lose 40 by the end of May.

Yeah I know, I've lost a lot of weight before and then I have my son and got lazy. I won't be making that mistake again.

You are doing good, so i guess you have the mind for it.

I wish i can stay focused, its hard to do those in city with full time job and demanding social activities.

I wish i can move to Himalayas and just meditate.

Don't go on a diet... change your diet.

Permanent change works much better.

I didnt even read the rest of the thread when I came to your post... OMG.. Ive got something that will actually work! My mother has gotten.. erm.. rubenesque. SHe is in her 70's and .. well.. fat. Her joints were hurting and dr was griping about her blood pressure and weight etc.. I sent her a copy of the documentary called " Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". She watched it, used the juices and some very light exercise. I swear to you, she was an old raisin to begin with, but she looks 20 yrs younger AND 50 LBS LIGHTER ...and her blood pressure is so close to normal she is off of Diovan completely! No BS or weird garbage. Check it out! I mean I had to buy her a juicer off of amazon and have it shipped to her.. but she stuck with it. She has now incorporated the juice in her daily life and diet... so now we joke Ill have to put up with her for another 25 yrs... LOL!

I actually am more of a smoothie person. Not the kind you get in a shop but rather greens, frozen berries, a banana and some water in the blender. I used to do that regularly and I just got really lazy and started to let myself go. II'll def watch it though. I think I've seen it on netflix.

Don't ever let yourself go people you will regret it.
