Twin Cities Attack/Vreeland Arrested

Vreeland was suppose to be dead, now he's alive and is talking about a surprise attack on the Twin Cities this week. It could be disinformation, it could be true. While I read this, I can only ask myself, Who benefits?

Delmart Vreeland, 38, of Rochester Hills, was wanted by eight Michigan jurisdictions, including Oakland County, for crimes like fraud and burglary, according to a report in The Daily Oakland Press...

Vreeland was captured by sheriff's deputies in Iowa's Franklin County after he stopped to refuel at a gas station.

Vreeland used a credit card at the station that had an alert placed on it by authorities in Colorado -- where he is wanted on child prostitution charges, according to the paper.

Authorities in Michigan, Colorado, Virginia, Canada and New York all want to speak with Vreeland, the paper reported.

Oakland County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Bouchard told the paper that Vreeland ran an identity theft ring in the Detroit area for a few years and has felony convictions for breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.

Vreeland used to live in Rochester Hills and worked at a company that refurbished computers in Troy, the paper reported.

He's reportedly considered a folk hero among conspiracy theorists who believe he is a spy for the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Shortly after the terrorist attacks, Vreeland apparently claimed that while he was in prison he wrote a note that foreshadowed the events of Sept. 11, 2001, according to the paper.

Government officials have reportedly denied that Vreeland ever served in the Navy...

They're lying through their teeth. He was proven to be a Naval officer in a Canadian court.

I wouldn't doubt it a bit if Rove and the boyz tried to pull off some "al Qaeda" attack. They're desperate b/c they know they're gonna lose.

And on another note, Zacharias Mousauwi, was arrested in the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis/St. Paul in August 2001 while taking suspicious flight lessons.

I'm just trying to put all these pieces together.

thanks....that puts a different light on it. hmmm... the mall of america is having a halloween thing for the kids...they are excpecting up to 50,000 people to go thru the mall in one day...hmmmmmm..i have noticed alot of helicopters around....mostly non military looking....i will have to try to check somethings out........

Well this is an intriguing thread.

For those who are also intrigued but don't know Vreeland, Michael Ruppert's From The Wilderness has an archive of articles (see Vreeland).

He was arrested on Toronto before 9/11/01 and subsequently released. All Canadian charges were dropped with temporary Refugee Status granted. He was placed in a safe house.

As already pointed out above certain facts (like his Navy Service) were established in Court.

Pentagon confirms rank, office number and telephone extension of Lt. Mike Vreeland who the Navy says was discharged as a Seaman in 1986. He wrote details of the 9-11 attacks in August!

I have a little trouble believing he would still have access to sensitive information forewarning of another attack after being exposed like that. But what do I know?

Check the armories in the area, see if they've been cleared out. I heard they were moving out to the West. Please confirm if you can.

Maybe he got 'rough' intelligence which he believed was going to target his WASH, DC office -- and actually the intelligence means MINNESOTA GEOGRAPHICALLY, not as in his place of office in Washington.

That's the same senator that debunked false FAA claims about when they contacted NORAD about the hijackings.

This is a great post. I certainly hope this doesn't happen, something sure seems a bit fishy. There are some strange ties to Minnesota closing their office in D.C. I guess we will know in a few days. I would like to hear multiple confirmations of the change in military presence by the twin cities. This would be an interesting indicator, but would and could be explained by the need for deployment elsewhere or paractice drills scheduled in other places.

Hmmm. Looks like the public knows too much about this one. I don't think it will happen now as a result. Might have been true, until Vreeland opened his mouth.

Here is an interesting hypothetical scenario. Hypothetically say something happened in the USA, a major city. Large blasts and explosions. Most of us on here are aware of 380 tons of missing explosives in Iraq. Would it ever be possible for the US to indicate, after theseterror attacts, that the explosives used were in fact from this cache? And would it be possible to blame on Iran or Iran/Syrian terrorists? The US wouldn't allow something like that to happen would they?

War on Drugs. War on Terror. It keeps escalating. Maybe the next thing will be the War on You. I think the only thing keeping the neocons under control is the threat of a military coup d'etat. If they want to kill public access to information, the Internet will just be to 'blame' for giving terrorists access and will be unplugged, smashed, access made illegal, etc., and the above information won't see the light of day until after a lot of blood has been spilled or generations gone by. 2 days ago in Boston a convoy of S.W.A.T. , Boston Police, A.R.M.Y, and local hazmat were conducting drills through the Downtown Boston Area towards Logan Airport.

I live an hour south of the Twin Cities, Kerry is in my town right now at the civic center conducting a rally with Carol King. Noticible heavy police presence, same level as when Bush has been here.

We have had Bush here twice, Kerry twice, Cheney and the twins.

Cost about 15-40k a visit for our local law force to help protect there visit.

ALSO:

NO news local or metro about possible events targeted at the Twin Cities.
