Perhaps you haven't been here long enough. The "compressed" magnetic field has been discussed many times. He says the "compressed" magnetic field is due to some unidentified activity. It is not. It is due to very low density solar winds with a north turn.
I have never seen this theory discussed on here before.
How is it that he was able to predict these occurrences if it he lacks understanding?

His predictions are meaningless. It's like saying the wind will blow tomorrow. Does he list his failed predictions? No. Does he talk about events that he didn't "predict"? No. Does he understand what he is looking at? No.
