I agree with what you are saying. The more details remembered, the better. Write it down so you don't forget.

I have analyzed a few dreams for people, just the meaning of the symbols. In the end, the dreamer has to determine what the dream means to them.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OP, that is a frightening dream. I just wanted to post to let you know I will be following this thread to see if any more are having similar dreams.

I had two friends on here that had dreams of fireballs falling from the sky just this past fall. Kind of recent, right? Maybe they will come post here if they see the thread. I haven't seen either of them on ATS in quite some time though. It gets a little scary when many people start dreaming the same type of disaster "dream". Something to keep an eye on.

Thanks for posting your dream. S&F for your thread, OP.

I also have dreams similar. Mostly plane crashes, where I look up and see planes crashing to the ground. I have interpreted to something in my own personal life. Most of the time in 2-3 days something kinda big happens in my family. Mostly drama with my young adult kids. I would suggest keeping an eye on your inner circle for the next few days and see what happens.

Two responses here.

1. Dreams are best analyzed by their beholder because a symbol in your dream and the same symbol in mine could mean very different things. Also, dreams come on MANY different levels and the greatest majority of them are not prophetic. For instance your dream, to me it would say - "The Sky is Falling" - and would be a subconscious bubbling up to the conscious reminding me of the childhood "Chicken Little" stories. So, if it were my dream - it would relate to dealing with all the EOTWAWKI mess that finally concluded 10 days ago. BUT! It's not my dream and you may not have heard the Chickle Little stories as a child - or even more likely - the symbols mean something COMPLETELY different to you. There are only a couple dream symbols that are generally universal - and meteorites aren't one of them. You'll need to determine what the symbols mean to you.

2. Yes, I had a meteorite storm dream just a couple days ago but I wasn't in the storm ... in fact, it was on a specific webpage and at a specific date that is many weeks away in the future. Further, it wasn't a premonition dream so there's nothing to worry about. Finally, I know what triggered the dream and it wasn't EOTWAWKI stories.

So, hopefully you will find the symbols to your subconscious and can rest at ease.

The dream you wrote about, is probably the worst dream I have ever read.

Yes, my daughter had a dream of "stars" falling from the sky. She has only had 2 dreams that were not of deceased people (stars falling from the sky) and an earthquake in Southern California. She had both within a week of each other.

Earthquake dream thread

That is all I know of, she doesn't know about asteroids /meteors, so I was thinking this was the only way she could describe it.

Myster You need to manner up or start getting back on topic with the OP, You claim you are abiding by the rules in the thread by "voicing your opinion" and you are not doing anything wrong, Well first off you should fine some manners & be aware that new members join this thread to share there experience, It certainly does not give ATS a good image having a new member create there first thread and share an experience they had and some person "YOU" comes along and start blabbering on about "people like you need to stop fear mongering other people"
Voicing your opinion does not mean calling them out... Look what the Forum mods did! they removed your post!! why?? because you had no manners towards a newb that made his first thread.

Back to the thread...

Hello Mindless1980,

I've had a dream about the moon crashing into earth before, it was pretty insane actually because i felt myself jolt up outta bed, that moment when you imagine yourself falling but then you jolt your body.

Well, lucid dreaming isn't just about control, because you can't always steer them the way you want. I think it is more about the understanding that you know you are dreaming. This knowledge is important in a dream because if you are aware that you are dreaming and can't change it, it seems to mean more, like you are MEANT to see certain things in the dream. Do you understand what I mean? Also, when you are seeing things in a lucid dream that are illogical and know you should not be seeing them, you usually are able to alter the direction of the dream to make it make more sense. When you can't and are stuck on something, despite knowing "it can't be real" or "this is just a dream", it could mean more.

I don't know how to answer that question. Maybe it was a lucid dream. I certainly could not change the direction the dream took. The only way I can describe it is, it felt too real!

I appreciate the interest you have shown in my dream, I really do.

Thanks to everyone who has posted. Sorry I wasn't able to get back to you sooner. I had some family obligations to tend to today. And I won't be on tonight due to going out with some friends to ring in the New Year.

I hope all of you have a good night. Stay safe, and Happy New Year to all of you.

Thanks for taking up for me, FKitty.

Your "dream" sounds like how people describe coming back into their body after having an OBE.
Do you remember where you were when you were viewing the moon hitting the Earth? Were you in up in space, or looking at it from down here? Do you think you had an OBE?

Thank you for your response.

Thanks for sharing that, curiouswa. I read the opening post on the thread.

Now I'm getting nervous. The fact your daughter is psychic, and her dreams come true is truly disturbing!

Thanks for coming forward.

I really enjoy reading about other people's dreams, but I think the only one capable of interpreting it is the dreamer. That being said, I'm also going to suggest that the majority of 'disaster' dreams denotes to some drama in the dreamer's personal life and not geared toward the greater society.

Thank you. I'll keep this in mind. But in the past many people have had prophetic dreams as a warning.

Let us hope you are correct this time!

I'm having trouble finding the others at this moment. I'll look more after I get some sleep.

Hope you have a wonderful New Years Day.

Hi... This is also my first post ever in a website... I have a similar dream last night... I was my two nieces (11 and 4) and my sister in a shopping mall in Ponce, Puerto Rico (south of the Island -- we live in the center). When we got out of the building to the parking lot we noticed spots of fire in the mountains surrounding the mall. When I looked at the sky I saw a very bright white light, the kind of light you cannot look straight to, and burning meteors falling to earth... by the time they hit earth they were about the size of a big grapefruit... We started to run to the car while trying to not get hit by the meteors... We will "follow" them trying to determine their trajectory to decide where we should go... It was very real, but I was not afraid... I felt calmed and focused, like knowing exactly what to do... My nieces were pretty calmed too... My sister was a little bit distressed... I woke up thinking that the best we can do was to return inside the building instead of driving the car... If someone can bring light into this dream or has any interpretation to share, it will be really appreciated. =)

Had you watched any movies recently that may have made you dream about meteors falling from the sky?

If so, this could just be your subconscious working things out. But, if not, then this could be like a warning of things to come.

I am following this thread because I am interested to see how many people are having these type of dreams. The more having them, the more I see it as a warning.

Maybe Mindless will be back on the thread soon to comment.

Thank you for coming forward, Alondra.

I don't know anything about interpreting dreams, except to go online and look up what the symbols mean. Then you have to apply how that "feels" to you, if it rings true, or not.
But, prophetic dreams are different than symbolic dreams. Did this dream feel "real" to you, or just like any other dream?

I hope more people will post if they are having meteors falling from the sky in their dreams. I appreciate you sharing your dream. Let's hope it doesn't come true.

I have had these dreams.. And a vision of something like a burning mountain falling into the sea..

It could be a meteor.. Or it could represent a nation burning amongst the sea of nations... (mountains=Governments in dream symbols... The sea=Nations or people..)

Or it could be a meteor..

Here's a thought:

earthsky.org...

This will be closer than our satellites but is not SUPPOSED to hit us, they say. It's not major in size, like earth-killing, but it is about 150 feet wide, so it's a chunk that could maybe do some local damage. Hope it doesn't hit and especially not in the Gulf of Mexico, as I will be there right around the time this thing cruises by! lol

Now, NASA wants to put an asteroid into the moon's orbit AND land men on it... is this a scene from a movie, trying to blow up the too-close asteroid without the earth folk being any the wiser?
