Yahoo! reported that the comedian dropped out of high school and lived in a VW bus with his family parked in different places throughout Canada. They eventually moved into a tent on his older sister's lawn and parked the van in the driveway.

OK, so after taking a dump on two of my threads I get it, you don't like slide shows. I have a simple solution for you. Just move on and ignore them before your anger issues give you a heart attack.

Hey. thanks for the thread OP. I checked out the slideshow ( ) and had no idea Charlie Chaplin had been flat broke and part of the street life in London at one time. (#15 for anyone checking) I have to say in all seriousness, it adds a little now to hearing that speech of his. He did seem to put real passion behind it. Now maybe that explains a bit more why and how.
