Recording implants in eye or brain?

I was just wondering if there have been any reported/documented (or personally experienced) cases, in which, people reported having a recording device (something similar to a video camera) implanted into their eye or head during an abduction or encounter with ETs.

Or, if this topic has come up in an earlier thread could someone please provide a link?

Wow I forgot I posted this in the first place! Thanks for the response and link. I was specifically curious about implants in cases of those who claim to have been abducted or encountered/experimented on by aliens...
I was also wondering if its possible that the implant some people report, is perhaps more than a tracking device, but an actual recorder.
