Mexico thinks women killed for body parts

Mexican authorities are investigating claims that 14 of dozens of women brutalized and murdered in the border city of Ciudad Juarez were killed for their organs.
"Several details support the idea that these women were killed to extract their organs and sell them," the Mexican Justice Department said yesterday.

During the past decade, at least 91 young, slender women - mostly students headed to school and women on their way to work - have turned up dead in the desert outside the bustling city just south of El Paso, Tex.

What if they didn't even play the organ?

Were any murdered because of their guitars? I am sure many men are killed (or should be) for playing the bagpipes badly

The South American continent is full of illegal organ smuggling and things of the sort. I hear you can get some good money for a kidney or a heart. Ever see the movie "Body Parts"???? Maybe you might see what they are doing with these human parts. Ever heard of Frankenstein??? This is what people do. Remember that movie with Steve Martin and the Brain in a vat???? I can't remember what it is called exactly. Does anyone else know what I am talking about???

that movie is great heh. That would certainly be strange if someone were stealing human brains for like purposes..

I thank you for the info. I had been stuck on the title of that one for a while.

Are there that many doctors willing to use organs withour knowing how they are harvested ...or are there "other" experimental uses for them. Could these organs be taken for covert genetic research and why only women?..and wouldn't a person have to have some understanding of how to remove it without doing irrepairable damage? It doesn't sound like a run of the mill thug could pull it off. There are so many points that lead me to question if this is being done simply to sell organs for transplant.
