The degree is an honorary doctorate, not a doctorate and yes... The University of Berkley, an accredited school, gives an honorary doctorate for a min. of $2,000.

I do not agree with Pastor Reckart on all things, but disagreement is on non-salvational issues. I do not bring those up though in order to keep unity in the Church.
