After reading many posts on here about the link between movies and reality, and of course today's date and the whole alignment and alien theories, I thought I'd share this link with my fellow ATSers...

Hahahaha sometimes people need to think about how they will sound.

"The suit hooks up to the outside of the spacecraft using the "space port" opening, and the spacewalker simply climbs in and detaches." - Doesn't sound like a safe configuration to me. What if a micro-meteor punctures a hole in the spacesuit, or the "space port" malfunctions, will the whole space station lose air? If I were an astronaut I'd probably prefer the airlock to climbing into a spacesuit that presents the only border between the station and the vacuum of space.

I would guess they would have a way to prevent the station from losing air. But yeah I think that the astronaut would definitely be in trouble if a micro meteor came along.
