found this on facebook it's circulating like wildfire with the comment "AND SO IT BEGINS" under it..

some people are saying it's a hoax. there IS a "TVN" tv network in australia but every time i try to get to their website its down...

is it a hoax? the moon with a shakey hand taking the pic? if so then why aren't the city lights blurred in the same pattern as what looks like to be the moon?
photoshop?
or is this like the norway spiral?
