PROBABLE PREHISPANIC MAYA CEMETERY FOUND IN TABASCO
“Features of skeletons include cranial deformation as well as inlay and other dental modification, practiced by elite members in Comalcalco and other Maya sites since the Early Classic period (300-500 AD) but mainly during the Late Classic period (300-900 AD)”, declared Ricardo Armijo.

I think its a lot easier to swallow that pill than it is to believe that its an alien grave.
Dozens of such elongated skulls have been found in many other places of the world, primarily in South and Central America in graves of the ancient indigenous civilisations. However, they've also been found in graves in France, Norway and Russia's North Caucasus region. In nearly all these cases, the remains are at least 1,500 years old. see This wide geographic stretch gives rise to yet another question: if such deformation was a fashion statement or an attempt to enhance brain capabilities, how is it possible that it was practised in many different regions of the world that had no contact with each other? An alien skeleton would likely be constructed differently at any and all levels, from the structure, to the chemical composition. Theres no evidence that these skeletons would register as unusual chemically, so I cannot see how they are alien.
