based on gamewinners.com i have to:

"Cheat mode:
Start the game with the +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 command line paramenter. Then, press ~ or � during game play to display the console window. Enter one of the following codes at the console window to activate the corresponding cheat function. Repeat a code to disable its effect."

well, what the heck does "Start the game with the +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 command line paramenter." mean???

Cheatplanet.com says that the CheatMode for CoD:UO is +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0. Id try both.

It means add that to the end of the Target space of the shortcut to the game, after the quotes.

So:
(example)

"C:\Program Files\Raven\Star Trek Voyager Elite Force\stvoy.exe" +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0

Edit..sry, had the wrong field, shoulda been Target not Start In.

i tried to tyoe that stuff in but it says something like the folder doesn't exist...

it thinks that the name and the codes are a folder...

any ideas???

Right click on the EXE for CoD:UF, hit create Shortcut.
Right click the shortcut, and find where it says Target.
The target will have the location of the EXE in quotes. Add +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0 after the quotes.

I just had a friend try, and he said it works.
