The police can't do anything.

As a Minnesotan myself im not surprised no one is talking about it. This time of year downtown tends to hibernate. We go to cozy bars in uptown or the suburbs, and avoid going outside. Plus i think it was snowing that night... Oh and our airport is like within 5 miles of downtown. There's always planes directly overhead.

There's a ton of reasons. Mainly visibility. If theres a bit of snow the whole sky turns orange due to light pollution.

But either way thanks for posting! I want to know more!
