Not too sure on it myself though, as I said on another thread, I never initially saw it when examining the footage on the day it supposedly took place.

I've also watched the video and it's no where near as obvious this time around. Perhaps it is the case, but its really hard to tell if this phenomenon did repeat itself on dec 17th.

Maybe some adjustment in the video will show something different, but then is that even the right thing to do. Meaning would that simply create something thats not there?
