I'm always intrigued by just how these "aliens" get into the house late at night? They never seem to knock lol windows always closed, no-one reports a beam of teleport light and yet they apparently just miraculously appear in the bedroom (why is it always the bedroom and why always late at night?)

Is it possible do you think, that when folk are on the verge of sleep or half asleep in this case, that it could be a brief illusion/hallucination from dream sleep? As in the bodys awake and walking but the brain hasn't caught up yet?

Do you know how much people have seen these beings? Are ALL of hjem hallucinating with the same subject? Does that make ANY sense?

No, not at all. These things are REAL.

Regarding on how they get in, there are numerous reports of people being 'transported' through solid walls. High advanced technology in action, nothing less, nothing more.

It makes perfect sense...to me

People want to be different or to belong...and what better than to belong to a group that no-one can prove or disprove, something wierd and wonderful to give them that feeling of being a bit special or chosen.

After reading stories on here, I've done it myself....frightened myself so that I can't sleep and my imagination runs riot with every knock and bump..but that's all it is..imagination. When these things happen to other people they look for justification and comfort and they find it on places like this..birds of a feather and all that.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen...because no-one can say that...and I think that's the point.

Belief plays a huge part in creating our reality and once the alien/ghost/abduction story starts there's no stopping it and it escalates into fantasyland without meaning to simply because we believe in it and telling the story over and over simply re-affirms that belief. That's now we are taught in school, parrot fashion, repetition...that's how we are "taught" in church constant repetition until it becomes truth/real to us and we know its real because we've heard it so many times.

And then you see these experiences over and over and over and there's STILL people that would deny that the so called 'aliens' don't exist. It just amuses me how blatant ignorant and close minded some people is. These things are REAL, as real as we are. They are HERE, they are doing something to US, and it's PRETTY clear that some departments on the US government/military is FULLY AWARE of what's going on.

Ignorant and closed minded you say?......whys that?....just because someone on the internet says it happened doesn't make it so.

With all these "experiences" you claim are happening "over and over and over" not one single person has obtained any definitive proof of aliens visiting this planet, or anybody's bedroom come to that!

I'm not saying extraterrestrial life doesn't exist, in fact I'd be amazed if it didn't, I'm just saying that there is no definitive proof that they are visiting Earth.

Which do you consider to be the more likely, a 14 year old boy has a vivid dream, or a 14 year old boy is visited by aliens?
We have proof that 14 year old boys exist and we have proof that they have dreams.....we have no proof that aliens visit their bedrooms.

if you read the entire thing, i was not expecting to see it and i dont think it was expecting to see me
it just just a moment in the middle of the night i had to get up and i walked in on it!

i know there going be the logical side which a lot of people will say it just a dream since no one has any proof but honestly the entire reason i came to ats is to let people know my encounter and to find answers in some way!

If you do a proper research on the subject you will find out that the 'aliens' are always in complete control of what's going on. They can put you to sleep in a second. They operate in cover, and they don't give a flying f... obviously if some memory remains because... hey... take a look about what happens next... the 'abductee' tells its story and no one believes it! Wanna know what I think? They're extremely good in what they do.

But some of us read MANY accounts and we found a common ground, we found similar patterns again and again... ignoring it would be extremely irresponsible of us.

maybe it the area ? , im near the east -midwest part of the united state around ohio ?

Well i live in alabama so i dont think it is the area. Something else we have in common though is a family history with freemasons. My family tree contains very many freemasons. You also asked if this stuff happens again. That one experience when I was 6 was my one and only experience with seeing a creature, but it certainly wasnt the last weird thing to happen to me. I saw shadow people so often when I was little that i didnt even know that wasnt normal. I dont even remember the first time i saw one, its like I was just born seeing them. I also sense things, and just have a bizarre sense of "knowing" that is hard to explain. Also over the summer i woke up in the middle of the night to a bright light inside my room. I have a theory though, I dont think that this alien encounter caused other weird things to happen to me. I think I am just so sensitive to my environment that I just am able to see, hear, and sense things that others cant. Sorry if i didnt give you many answers but even though i have experienced weird things, i dont really understand what exactly is happening because I dont have anyone toexa it.

i never seen "Shadow People" but my farther said he seen what people call "Shadow People" standing next to my doorway watching my friend on the couch sleeping, this was also after a very close family friend died linked to my family and his family, some of my friend are even scared to come to my house but it does kinda have a dark history to it, and they say they always feel as if there being watched by someone

when i was younger i use to be what people call a empath i guess, i could feel how other people were feeling but over years i suppressed it a lot i dont even have many feelings if any anymore.

i been thinking of going to my great grandfather lodge and seeing if i can join and see if i can find any answers in there library about all the stuff

Sometimes we experience "slides" and we are temporarily exposed to these creatures, however, they number in the billions and basically it was no big deal.

I joined ATS over a year ago to share the 3 paranormal experiences I have had in my life, but until now, haven’t had the stones to do it.

However, the OP’s experience is so similar to one I had when I was 10 years old, I feel compelled to now share that experience as I remember it for the first time to anyone ever!

I grew up in a resort town in the desert SW as an only child in what would probably be considered an upper middle class family. When I tell you my childhood was idyllic, think Norman Rockwell with palm trees.

Our house was in the style of the desert “Alexander” which is so popular in that area. It was a single story sprawling house with vaulted open beam ceilings and a long narrow hallway connecting the bedroom wing with the main part of the house.

My parent’s master bedroom was at the back corner of the house all the way at the end of the hallway. Directly across from that and toward the front of the house was a large guest bedroom that rarely saw any use.

Back toward the center point of the hall was another smaller office-type room, and next to that – again, at the front of the house, was my room. From my door looking back down the hall to the guest room door and my parent’s room was maybe 30’. About 10’ on the opposite side of the hall from my door were two other doors side-by-side – one leading to my bathroom, and one to a laundry room.

One more related detail and I’ll get on with it…

The only people who stayed in the guest bedroom with any frequency were my uncle and aunt from Los Angeles 2 hours away. He was a tall man of 6’4”. It was not uncommon for my uncle and aunt to come to the house after we had all gone to bed. We would wake up in the morning and they’d be there ready for a day of fun in the sun.

One night, about this time of the year (I remember the Christmas lights showing through the window of my bedroom), we came home from dinner. My parents seemed uneasy about something as soon as we walked through the front door. I was alarmed at the way they were acting, but had no clue as to what was going on. My dad “swept” the house, and while everything seemed to be in order, the sense of unease remained. I remember watching TV in the little den that looked out onto our pool area on the opposite end of the house from the bedrooms. The moon and stars were bright that night.

At a certain point, I was told to go to bed, and as usual, went right to sleep with no problem.

In the middle of the night, I awakened abruptly almost as one would from a nightmare, but I had not been dreaming. Something did not feel right. As I lay in bed I realized that I had to use the bathroom, but I felt a little scared. I waited for another minute or two before rising, put on my slippers, and stepped out into the hall.

I was greeted with the soft muted glow of a couple of recessed wall lamps that my parents always left on at night. To my immediate left across the hall was the door to the bathroom, ajar as it always was at night. As I turned to the left to take the five or six steps to the bathroom door, I saw someone exit my parent’s bedroom door, step into the hall, pause, and then step into the guest bedroom. That being was almost EXACTLY as described by the OP.

I do not remember any markings on its robe, and while I do remember that its eyes had a certain luminescence, I don’t recall that they were red. More like amber or a very brownish yellow as I recall. But the surface of the skin indeed was a metallic gold/grey/brown. It was too dark to really see the texture well, but there was a texture to it. It wore a hood or some kind of a head covering that concealed everything except its face. It was very tall – as tall as the closet door at the end of the hall. As it vanished through the door into the guest room I remember a dull flicker of light, almost like someone flicking a cigarette lighter. I felt like there were needles pricking me all over my body. I was truly terrified.

This last bit has bothered me for years…

I don’t remember what happened after that. I know it wasn’t a dream, I know I saw what I saw, but after the thing passed into the guest bedroom I don’t know what happened to me the rest of that night.

I remember waking up in my bed to the sound of my dad loading his golf clubs out the front door and talking to someone – presumably my mom. When I heard him leave a few minutes later I got out of bed.

I asked my mom if “Unk” (I called my uncle “Unk”) was here. She asked me why and I told her that I had seen him in the hallway wearing a funny mask last night.

She turned white and didn’t say a word. She just shook her head “no”…

This was mid-December 1974…

In early January 1975, my mother was injured in a house fire that started in the kitchen from an undetermined source and she died from those injuries a few weeks later.

I have often wondered what she knew about the creature in the hall and if the fire was somehow linked to it...

This reminds me of a weird phobia i had when i was a kid-trains.In my country at that time, the late 60's and early 70's the trains used to have the driver unit,an ugly maroon-brownish color, with chevrons unferneath the two big windows. The sight of those black(from a distance) windows and the chevrons terrified me beyond all rhyme and reason. You'd think the big, noisy locomotive engines would be scarier-but i loved those. Also the cabs of big rigs, those big windows, scared the hell out of me.I would get an ice cold terror from these things, and run and hide in the nearest concealed place.

Ok so you are saying the op is lying just to want to be a part of a special non debunkable group? Lying to himself? What?
