Are paid shills good or bad for the economy?

If one finds their self in a long debate with a known paid shill are they contributing to the national debt? I wonder how much of tax payer money goes into internet information control?

I wonder how one would go about finding that...

And in comparison to money spent on killing children in other countries, it's sort of a drop in the ocean.

I'm sure there's plenty of money spent on dis and mis information yearly for IIC. But I'm with tenth on this one. It's a drop in the ocean compared to what is being spent needlessly right out in the open, that every American paying taxes, and attention, knows about.
