Maybe I should put a picture of my pet rock that was found in a creek.

Forgot to tell everyone thanks for helping me figure out what it is. Its a neat rock and Im sure when I dig it out again in 10years I will now know what I am looking at. Thanks all.

it looks like a geode to me

looks like a chunk of marble to me, I've seen large and small pieces of unfinished marble and they look just like that, others not so much, marble comes in many different colors and some have higher quartz content than others. Also I read Marble is just a really fine type of limestone...or was it sandstone?? pretty sure it was limestone. (Not a geologist though)

I think it is a bladder stone, I had my dogs bladder stones removed and the vet put them in a plastic jar for me. A few years from now I may forget what they are, I should tape a lable on them...

Nothing is worthless.....I found many of the on sale.
