Difficulty creating new account

Hi guys...I was trying to create a new account that was joint for myself and my fiance. We have tried twice now. I got a confirmation in my email but when we try to log in, it tells us "incorrect username". Yes, we double checked that we were entering the information in correctly. Even copy and pasted off of email form ATS with the confirmation request...What are we doing wrong?

did you make sure you were logged out of your old account ?

Don't copy/paste the username, it adds an extra space after the name that screws things up. Type the username in manually and it should work. Additionally, you can only be logged into one account at a time on your browser.
