Who copied who did NASA copy Mass Effect or was it the other way round ?

Was looking at new aircraft designs and concepts and this one in particular reminded me of the SR2 NORMANDY from the game Mass Effect, I wonder if a designer didn't play the game and think hey what a great design...

Its slightly similar but I think they got more inspiration from Concorde.

I personally think that any plans that NASA may be making are irrelevant as the American establishment is circling the drain as we speak. None of those designs will ever come to pass. Nothing more than a pipe dream. Cool to look at, but don't bank on any of them actually being built.
