at my desk i put a set of speakers with a subwoofer that I plug into my ipod. I spend quite a bit of my day getting the Led out....but No Rain is on the main playlist.

Ya know. I just had an "uh-oh" moment.

No one ever made our friend "Rising Against" a new avatar as per his request.

My current one was a submit, but I thought more would follow.

It was a general request... nothing specific.

I think the crew should work on this.

Those look epic, and I would love any one of them as an avatar, but I do not understand how to set them up, which is why I have never had one. The explanation of how to set an avatar just loses me at the point where measuring,cropping, and blah are involved.

I missed his request.
Our schedule the next few weeks is hectic, long hours, so my 'play time' is limited.
Tomorrow is my last chance if I can, other wise it will be some time next week.

The instructions are on page 1....
However, copy/paste this invisible image below and save it to your pictures [label it 'invisible avi' or something like that]

Go to your 'UPLOADS', and hit the 'upload' button and your picture folder will open.
Locate your invisible avi, right click it and 'select'

Since the new 5.3 format, all you have to do is click the image once it has been uploaded and pick the icon at the top, 2nd from the right....a person. That is what you want for the invisible image, so click that.

Then the actual picture you like will be your 'background' image.
The square icon to the right is for that, click it for your background image.

And it should work......should

Zarni, if I got that backwards, please correct me.

Avatar is the clear image.

Background is the BIG image.

....maybe we should change this thread to "Background Creations" (sorry in advance, DTOM)

Invisible image? Eh?

I shall have to investigate later when I get home I think (at work *sshhhh te he!*). Whats the purpose of the invisible image bit, just out of curiosity?

Is there any way I could get some much needed help in resizing my avatar? I took a hiatus, came back and now my avatar doesn't fit correctly anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
