During the attacks on 9/11 one thing always stuck out in my mind and that was what many people on the streets of new york were saying and even people at my school and that was "Its like something out of a movie." This has always pissed me off. I was just researching the James Holmes Aurora Colorado shooting and found that he said he felt like he was in a video game, same goes for the columbine pricks, the norway shooter used video games to desensitize himself to violence. It is easy to imagine some vast CIA mind control program for these tragedies, but I tend to think that these people are self programmed. Just watch any eight year old kid playing "first person shooters" and I think you will see how easy it is for people to be locked into a trance. You are a gun and you are killing people. That is the point of the game, to kill. In greater realism....."Isn't it funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on a screen?" (A Clockwork Orange) There is absolutely a powerful impact on the psyche of all people who view screens. Obviously, right? People are looking at screens more often than the "real world" hell that phrase did not even exist two hundred years ago, when where people not in the "real world" back then? They couldn't escape into the bs screen. William Crookes, the inventor of a precursor to the t.v. was involved in spiritualism and knew how powerful images were on the mind. Think about it, before this digital age the only things you experienced were things that you were physically involved in, no vicarious living through pornography and violent video games. This entire "culture" makes me sick, I seriously hope the earth hits the reset button soon.....any one agree? I get the irony of me posting this online so do not point that out....lol......

I know what you mean about screens and the digital age .
I could rant about it as to how much of a distraction to realityit is and how I believe its part of the special entrapment programme to keep us locked here on the lower vibrational frequencies , especially ! since that the weapon they use . Frequencies.
Its a dreaded increase of MAYA !!! Help get me out of this screen .

That aside , yes the kids are totally doomed to complete ignorance unless their parents tune them out of it all .
It was fun for a little while , but not fun anymore .

Such is that nature of that which is pleasurable in the beginning and suffering in the end .

I think the screens might help as many as they hurt. It lets us fulfill the crazy that the real world wouldn't like. It's sort of therapeutic.

e.g. A video gamer may be able to satisfy himself with killing monsters and so he no longer has the desire to kill rl stuff.

No?

I know what you mean. When my 14 year old cousin comes over, she can't put her phone down!! And now my 12year old sister does the same thing!!

Sometimes I feel that it is what the gov wants. Us to be good little sheeple, go home watch tv, talk And text constantly, and not communicate verbally.

I find myself trapped sometimes in this virtual world. I play my stupid games on my iPad, and I watch Netflix constantly...I mean I am a stay at home mom, and I hate regular tv.

Anyways, we do need a reset button. I don't allow my son to play violent games, and we limit his amount of tv time. Ihad noticed that when he would be watching it for a long period of time, he would turn into another person, almost like a zombie. Not cool.

He has such an amazing imagination, he does have way more fun pretending and playing with figures and reading., than watching tv.

Also I sometimes feel like I am living in a dream or fairy tale with no happy endings.

there is something about the internet that seems "alien".

reports are that aliens use brainwaves to control their ships, as well as telepathy to communicate between each other and abductees.

could the internet really be a primitive form of this technology, perhaps reverse engineered.

the way i see applebots glued to their phones makes me think their brainwave energy is being zapped out of the heads.

i mean, some apps are so stupid that i scratch my head on how anybody can play for hours.

Op, you are so right. I played super mario a lot as a kid and now eat funny looking mushrooms, hit my head on bricks and stomp on every turtle I see. I watched Popeye too and resort to eating vegetables, dating slutty skinny women and punching the crap out of everyone at first sign of animosity.

Stupid, and obvious comment to make....why make it? Little sprites going from left to right are a far cry from running around and gunning down very realistic people in a three dimensional murder simulation

Interesting link. One thing I got out of it was that the mark of the beast may either be to spare the marked or to mark them for sacrifice.

Either way we're cattle to them.

I am 34 and play first person shooters since I was 15 starting with Doom, wolfenstein, duke nukem, medal of honor, golden eye and battlefield 1943. Then, moving on to the call of duties and halos. Am I shooting down people? No. Actually, I dont even own a gun and am a liberal pacifist. I am a martial arts instructor and own my own school. Should we attribute that to playing street fighter 2?!

Also, I own an ipad and play games on it as well. Miraculously, my energy levels are top notch. I guess the aliens are getting a sour deal stealing my vibes. Some of you guys should play more video games. Boredom is making you cook up ridiculous theories.

Btw, get off my lawn.

No, I will not get off "your" lawn....in fact Ill just shoot you in the head and bury you in my new lawn...you mean nothing to me, you digital representation of a person....I get it...and in fact I too have played those games off and on for my entire life, and no, I have not ever killed a single person, and find the idea of murder repugnant, and I am going to assume you would never want to kill anyone in the ways that you kill digital people in the games, so why play them? What I am saying is that these games CAN be used to desensitize people to violence to a point where they can no longer tell the difference between reality and a game. Just listen to people themselves: gta killernorway killer
Honestly I think these people are just narsistic pricks who lose themselves in violence. When you and I play a first person shooter we now it is just all in good fun, I think these people get something more out of it, they lose touch with reality....Obviously people have been killing each other for a long time, and do not need video games to encourage them to do it. It is just these specific examples of people playing games for hundreds of hours then going out and "replaying" them in the "real world" that bothers me.....so pointless. I get violence, I understand revenge, jealousy, anger, fear, but murdering innocent people that you do not even know just because you see them as some kind of a threat that does not exist is just sad, and I think violent video games help to desensitize people to murder. Trust me I know there are hundreds of millions of people shooting each other every day in these digital worlds and not even a tiny percentage will ever do it in real life, no #. I am just boggled that people would want to spend so much time doing it, what does that say about the nature of man? Or this culture in which it is encouraged to spend hours killing life like digital representations of people. The military is in on this phenomena and is using it to it's own advantage: www.livescience.com... Guess what? Video games are not realistic. Sure the murder is pretty convincing but you do not have to clean up the bodies, you do not have to live with the remorse, you do not have to see the peoples families scream in horror, hell you just respawn. You react but do not have to deal with the consequences of your actions in video games.....
Listen to the audio in this clip and then think about the audio in games like battlefield and mw3....brainwashed idiots....pisses me off.....Do you think the game makers give a damn? Hell no, billions of dollars are the only things that matter to them,

You are probably still in Platos cave and this real world not being the "real world" have gone on for very long. Even our science is proving that the "reality" is fake with the slit experiment. It is a nice Illusion that we have a problem seeing thru but that does not make it real.

But if you go outside of platos cave(really figure out the rabbit hole) then you will have a problem with the limited experiances the people in the cave has.

And on a larger note. I think we are in for a spectacular plot twist
and a lot of people will not be prepared for it.

I think you should play around with having really big thoughts about what is going on and what everything is and seeing everything from a perspective that is very large and where a billion of years is like a minute.

And you could always play around with sprituallity like a scientist. Question everything you read but make sure it really is fake thru experimentation even if some things sound crazy. Do not let preconsived ideas limit your seeking of knowledge/understanding. And I do not want you to experiance exactly the part that I found, because that will only be a new conditioning that people will have a hard time breaking thru since some of my beliefs might be wrong conclusion based on the limited information I have found.

Just because I have an experiance do not mean I know all the variables that was needed to create that experiance. I can make an assumption but then it becomes a belief/view and not the truth since I have simplified everything.
