Lets say you are correct and that the attacks on the Boer's is random, even though I doubt it myself. It still can be stopped. How? The same way it was stopped in the US when it was whites attacking blacks, or straights attacking gays. By the law being enforced. Not completely stopped but the great majority stopped the same as here. Equal law, equal rights for all, regardless of color. Unjust laws being reversed. Of course that would require the law to arrest those blacks doing it but it would be better for the country of SA. If the UN and the US could force a change of government so that the blacks became in power instead of the whites which is what happened, then I believe that the UN and the US can hold the same threat over the present government and change the situation.

The sheer size of Africa in relation to its population before colonisation lead to isolation and insularisation. When the europeans started colonising Africa some felt it was a good thing, others worried that it was destroying a way of life by imposing western values morals and religions on another people which in itself is as I've stated racism as we now know it.

Many African countries thrived under colonial rule but unfortunately failed spectacularly under their own rule. This could be blamed on the fact that we colonialists refused to educate the other races in various areas and the Africans were left with a country they suddenly had to govern with no clue how to do it.

Because every person has value and different abilities. I have different abilities then you or for that matter most people regardless of who they are. Finding every person's abilities and ensuring they have the chance to use those abilities should be the goal of every person on the planet. If it is ever accomplished then I think you will have provided for the survival of the human race as a whole. Every person will not be of equal value, none of us are of equal value now, our value is unfortunately dependent on our abilities and society's needs. Why else pay someone in sports the high prices they command?

Murder is illegal in south africa. Black people are arrested and put in prison for these crimes.

Well since you're totally ignoring the humanity aspect here. How will the west be better off if China gains control of Africa and all of her abundant resources once all the people living in Africa is killed off?

Well, for starters, we will gain most of those resources...consider the Chinese the farmers of minerals & the west the end-users (electroincs, etc).

Second, the continent is nothing but one giant warzone...sure, there are a few nice places there to save, but not the people...

That is what has to be determined, the same way we found ours I suspect. What I do know is every person I have personally known has over time shown themselves to have abilities. I suspect the same is true about every person on this earth.

You must be one of those people who give the poor all your money, correct? No? Why not? Why not give all your savings to the africans, of any color? Why? Could it be that it would be a waste?

If I knew, for a fact, that Africa would be changed for the better by giving all my possessions, I would...as a matter of fact, the west has spent BILLIONS AND BILLIONS & there is no point continuing to do so..
