Countdown to December 21'st 2012.

Today is the first. I know there are a lot of speculations as to what will happen. Today we begin the 21 day countdown. I'm a little tired at the moment but I will be updating the thread tomorrow with some pictures, info on the current theory and so on.

I know a lot of us don't think anything will happen, but a lot of others do. Whether it will be nothing, a completely new beginning for earth or the end of life as we know it I still feel like a countdown is in order.

Note: I also made this thread in the 2012 section as I'm not sure where to properly place this. Mod's feel free to delete whichever one is not necessary. I'll see you all tomorrow with an update and lots of more info.

There's probably going to be a TON of countdown threads, the only one I'm following is this one by PuterMan.

He is tracking global earthquakes, volcanoes and tropical storms and charting them and updating daily to see if there is any kind of discernible pattern.

Check it out.

I don't know about you, but if three days of darkness comes, I'm barricading myself in the basement.

If 3 days of darkness comes, you'll need to be hiding in a place thats fully heated and insulated because the entire planet will freeze solid.

It takes 8 minutes for the suns light to reach us, cut that off for 3 days.... we just entered a new ice age.

Can the site mods put up a counter on the main page or top banner?
We need a 12/21/12 countdown clock that links to the 2012 forum.

Other than that, make sure you stock on enough bottled water to last for at least 3 years.
