On my daily check on the MUFON CMS, this case really picked up my interest as I haven't found any logical explanation so far.
The are two pictures attached to the description of the case, one with the odd objects and another without them. There were probably taken a few time apart, looking at the shadows positions.
The two photos are PNG files and there's almost no EXIF data.

Date of event: 2012-11-04
Date submitted: 2012-11-28
Short description: "There is something on The lake and in the air "
Long description: "I was on Excursion in Ohrid which is tourist city in Macedonia.
I havent noticed the object's @ first since i took burst picture of the lake and after a while i needed memory on my phone so i started deleting the burst pictures taken on the lake i have deleted 8 pictures and then on one picture i found something unnusual like a man floating on the water and UFO above him but on the picture b4 this one there is nothing like it but when i zoomed far far away there is the UFO miles away.
First when i saw i though it was some kind of aliens.
I cant describe it cos i havent seen it i only saw it on the picture.
I wanted to see what is it but when you zoom the picture becomes blur so i cannot see what is it so i was hoping you guy's can help me out.
I will send you the 2 pictures first i will send you the picture where there is NOTHING on the lake But as you will zoom on the left corner above the 4th tree from the left to right of the picture you will realise there is something in the air. And on the second picture you will see how obvious it is... PLS HELP ME
P.s. i Also want to note that our army DOES NOT HAVE AIRCRAFT'S.

The two photos, resized to fit within the forum screen:

Original 6Mb files can be downloaded from the CMS MUFON system.

Close-up:

Of course, I don't dismissed the fake possibility, but haven't found yet anything special that could confirm it.

Thoughts, dear ATS friends?

Way too pixelated to have any idea what it is...

Sorry but anything else would just be wild speculation.

Not sure about the one in the sky, but the one by the water, couldn't that just be a buoy? Looks like it may have a red light on it.

I think whatever is in the air could be a balloon, perhaps even a weather instrument tied to a buoy? It does at least appear to be a real photo considering most would prefer to make a fake closer to the object.

A lone buoy though? Not saying your not right, it may very well be a buoy but I don't usually see just one without others scattered around, especially in a body of water of that size.

Other than that, I can't quite make out what they are. I'll try and take a closer look at the one in the sky.

I was thinking more like the buoys that mark where something is, for boats and such. Just because it really isn't that far off shore. Maybe a marker for a sandbar or a drop off point? (lake bottom drop off)

Boy, there's a lot more about buoys than I thought. So it's a pretty high possibility it is a buoy after all, it's just whenever I see them in my area they are scattered around. But I was looking at this site: Buoys, and noticed there are so many different kinds of buoys for many different occasions.....

LOL the only reason I know about this kind, is that there is one lonely one at my parents cabin, on a small lake. It marks where there is some kind of tree pile up under the water.

The two pictures are about as identical you can get. It can't be a Buoy since they are pretty static, and the writer didn't see anything taking the picture. It could possibly be airborne debris from fields or similar.

Shadows indicate pics were taken no more than minutes apart.

First thought was of a guy on a surfboard being towed by a kite. Not much wind so he's going slow. I thought I could see a small wake near the back of the board and some indication of the path of the board in the water.

Then again, it could be a jetski going very slow, and the object in the air is unrelated, a bird maybe.

I'll look at it later when I have more time.

The thing in the sky I don't know but the thing in the lake could easily be a submersible marker bouy that divers can inflate underwater it then pops to the surface and stands upright marking the positon of divers so boats etc don't drive over them the lack of divers exhaust bubbles could mean that they are using rebreathers so there will be minimal bubbles or we are just too far away to see the bubbles regular scuba creates ,if its not a bouy then I have no explanation as to how it is not in one picture but appears in the next.

Or it could be someone on a stand up paddleboard

Or it could be someone on a waterbird

how about the distance from the camera if this is a bouy on the water? it would be farther away making it one big assed bouy. someone could go there to verify there is no bouy there.

the object I caught on Maui is not on or in the water and I believe I have made very good arguments why the object must be in the air based on the video and stills. In this case we only have a still so there is not a lot to go on. to me it looks like the lower one is in the air. we do have the picture with no objects but again without video it is much harder to argue.

that would be one really tall dude. think of distance if it is on the water. also notice the water is apparently undisturbed

Your absolutely right. It could be as easy as someone going there to verify if there is a buoy there or not. Good thinking!

They vary in size but I think they average approx 5ft

It could also be a big ass fish that jumped up out the water breaching and the camera caught it.

then if that is on the water it is way bigger than that. buoys are supposed to look like buoys and this one doesn't nor does it look like a fish or a kite surfer

Didn't he say that he didn't really notice anything when he was taking the photos?

Looks like it could be bugs to me, just randomly flying around and captured inadvertently on the film.
