You said "on demand". I didn't say that earthquakes could not be caused by human activity. Are you claiming those earthquakes are intentional?

Yes the earthquakes were intentional , they were bragging about there abilities in science, that's what science year publication was all about.
I contacted many people trying to show that this 1974 testing to make quakes is evidence of out of control researchers, here are a few;

and then the dept of justice in charge of environmental crimes 202-514-2219 and 202-514-2219 according to my notes I spoke with Richard dell.
He said I sparked his interest but It was not illegal to make earthquakes and there was nothing he could do.

The gas drilling awareness coalition said the industries training video actually uses the phrase "we make small earthquake's' when training its workers.
AND YES FLUID INJECTION IS THE SAME AS FRACKING, it lubricates the plates releasing friction.

Do I have any evidence of more man made quakes? Yes ,over the past years I have seen several reports of strange radio waves just before major quakes .The schematic diagram in the book angels dont play that harp is where I seen the multiple quake sensors connected to the main processor.

phange always goes nuts when I mention that book ,but this shows they are either worried they will cause quakes or worse.......they are trying to make them.

No seismometers at HAARP (no reason for there to be). You seem to be talking about that diagram from the University of Alaska. Specifically, the Geophysical institute. Odd that they would have seismometers, right? But it doesn't show any seismometers at HAARP, does it?

Lets see these reports that you speak of. Then, after digging those out, show me how that they prove anything about your man made quakes.

Data feedback? Feedback loop? It looks to me like the Geophysical Institute studies geophysical things like earthquakes and volcanoes and weather and stuff. As I pointed out the Geophysical Institute studies a lot of things. Both the Alaska Earthquake Information Center and the Alaska Volcano Observatory are part of the Geophysical Institute. Along with data from those facilities, data from various instruments at HAARP is also collected.

No. I notice that HAARP is operated by the University of Alaska. The Butrovich Building is where the administrative offices are. It also contains the Arctic Region Supercomputing Center which does contribute to space weather monitoring. What signals does the computer "propagate"?

Do people even know what the death ray is? If people really knew, this would not even have surfaced as a potential candidate for our extreme weather changes or even bird/animal/mammal die offs.

None of this has anything to do with Tesla's Death Ray. Even for a conspiracy theory this is a far stretch. The Death Ray....................would have utterly destroyed targeted regions with a brilliant flash and thundering reverberation. No maybe's. It was not used or built as a weather modifier.

Rather than speculating and popping a gasket, how about you get in contact with the people up there and ask them. It certainly isn't a secret that the seismograph is there; just ask them why its there. Whats the worst that could happy, they decline to answer?
