hee hee.....yeah, he always sounds like that....he made tons of videos during the spill claiming everything was an alien and metal was morphing into human heads etc
It's probably coral.

But coincidentally I remember this guy from a few years back he had one same sort of vid not so long though, were he was watching film of a hull tanker or something that was floating out of the water. I think and he said that it mutates, or a metallic human alien type head grows out of it. Funny thing is i watched the whole dam vid and there was something like that slowly growing and forming out of it.
