this is a good one im not sure what this is
it sort of arches i thought it was a comet or something
its defo something of interest im glad somebody else as seen something
he has caught on his scope/night vision camera

Thanks for the videos, I didn't know where to reply, if it turns out your friend has been messing with you, I have an idea what this could be. Although I'm probably wrong or those who know what they're talking about would have said it by now.
Now that you know what I saw, do you see what could have caused the bulge?
I do hope he wasn't messing with you but we will have to wait and see.

well i spoke with his son who is around my age (42) and i just came straight out
with it,is he taking the piss and he looked offended so im thinking hes being
straight with me/us
get this he says (the son that is) that hes got lots more so ill tread carefully

yes too big to be sats or lanterns or the new rc plane excuse
plus i have seen them darting around the sky as if
they were playing tick (tag)
They started off as if they were stars then just
flew round like a wasps swarm but not that many#but i couldnt count how many
as they moved too fast

as for the bulge my only idea is that it could be a very bright light
but not a light if that makes any sense?

Well the first one looks like a contrail behind a jet a comet would not look anything like that and you would not see it's movement on a normal video.

The second not sure but I don't think the stabilised video helped.

by the way you can see why i stabilized them from this one,AND this as been stabilized

It's Aldebaran a star !

Hi I used Stellarium set location as Chester UK time and date shown on video star patterns on video match up with whats shown on Stellarium.

Jupiter was further over to the left of that view in the video,if you stop your video at 0:01 you can match the star patterns with Stellarium if you have not got that download it, it's free software.

Yes that makes sense to me, my sighting was a light. The cigar shape at the bottom and the bulge on top was all one solid light object. Does that make sense?

I think I was just talking out of my Tin (foil) hat there, if it is fake, I've seen videos of spiders that look like this. If that's what it was somebody would have said that already.
The best way to describe what I saw would be "light ship" now I do sound crazy.

I think its to show the relative brightness of the stars download it set it to your location and preview how the sky will look from your location if it's clear that is, then you can match it tonight or if you have an android phone or tablet use google sky or if you have an i-pad download star walk hd it's £1.99 I am lucky we have a Galaxy Tab and an i-pad so I can match up all the software if required.
