I kind of hope the republicans stick to those ideas because it would be nice to see a few more of them go.

Yea your absolulty right so make sure you tell everyone that. Just keep ignoring there views, don't falter because they will criticise you just keep on doulbling down on your rehteoric and when that happens it will work for you this time just keep pushing on with that stuff. Beleive me they do hear you and understand your message much better than you even do.
Keep it up.

No, I understand that and call BS.
Is there racism in America??Yep, and it isn't just white racism.
Did this magical racism card show any instance that stopped 0bama from a second term??
Nope, his freebies seemed to help him along, but his race did not stop him.

Yep, that is poetic and all, but I could care less.

Hmm reminded me of Gobbels there:

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State

And

The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and ove

Republicans are racist ad nausem what the next 4 years are really going to look like?

Racist if you disagree with the current administration about anything.

I wouldn't say racist...I am not sure anyone has, although the GOP being so "all inclusive" welcomes David Duke with open arms. Everyone already knows that. If you are talking demographics, racists are included. However many others saying "never happen" to the items I mention are unrealistic as many of those already have. I would call people replying negatively...

Negative people....maybe

Debbie downer

a Pessimist

or you might be a dis informant, whose only purpose is to nay-say the current administration.

In the ATS method, and maybe a little redit as well, Proof or it didn't happen.

So, you have proof, concrete proof that half of America doesn't like him solely on his race? That being half white and half black?
Or, is this just the tired crap you have read and regurgitated from last months issue of Mother Jones?

This is funny. You are just a mac and cheese kind of guy.
I love it too but a steady diet of garbage will kill you.
And I think I heard one of your pals here earlier quoting

"if you repeat a lie often enough people will start to believe it"
which was first used as a slam on FOX News and the misinformation they regurgitate forth.

Another tactic we all see of "the other side" to put it kindly is SPIN.

Their SPIN was so blatant it became fodder for nighttime comedies and talk show hosts.
Then real FAUX NEWS pundits popped up like Colbert and Jon Stewart making a parody of FOX and their fake news.

You may not realize it but the seemingly straightforward apple pie agenda of the FARthest RIGHT, represented by Rupert Murdoch and who else?) is a huge covert grab for power and money that ends up making 400 of our own American Royalty richer while "better managing" the remainder of us. Yes, that's where they're going with this.

Again, nice poetic retort, but little substance, a bunch of BS talking points.
Unoriginal at best.

Before you get all hard that isn't what this thread is about. I have no smoking gun. You have the gun. I am not saying anyone here is racist and I repeat... I think you are trying to derail and divert the attention of the thread and make it about race and racists.

Here is what I am saying....
Look at the crowds in the Republican losing party rooms after the past election

Compare them to the Obama VICTORY crowds....

DID YOU NOTICE A DIFFERENCE?

Congratulations.
You have just been hit by empirical knowledge.
You are smarter than you were a couple of seconds ago.

The Democrats are more race and religion DIVERSE.

The Republicans are more race and religion SIMILAR.

Good point.

At least the Republicans never let Duke become what Byrd did. Senate Majority leader, President pro temp of the Senate, third in line for Presidential succession.

Here is a quote form Mr. Byrd:

I shall never fight in the armed forces with a negro by my side ... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds. —Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS)

Wikipedia: Robert Byrd

If the people of West virginia wanted him to represent them in the US Senate, that is one thing, but to let the likes of him lead the Senate.... that is a grievous error on the part of the Democratic Party.

Speaking generally but if the shoe fits, (yeah I have a crystal ball I like to call it my brain)
I didn't even hear you state that you watch FOX I just assumed...frankly I don't read your posts that thoroughly. I don't WANT to absorb any of your propaganda... even accidentally. Don't want my sensibilities clouded in whatever it is that has a hold of yours.

Because thats KindaScary.

Maybe go back and re-read throughout your wonderful topic. It seems that the race card was thrown on the field by someone other than myself.

I will wait, while you read through. I do expect a retort stating that , "Yes, someone else started the race card", but, won't hold my breathe.

Yep, most on the 0bama side where part of the group of people that believe that Govt should solve all their problems.
Like I stated before, I guess that the GOP really is out of step, as most want Govt handouts and free stuff, as that is what they have been conditioned to.

I think you mean more devoid of religion. Oh, let's not forget they are more accepting, so long as it falls within what they believe.
As for race???? I never realized it was the goal of a political party to pander to certain races. Why not just offer all to all races?

Yeah, because there just old, white, male Evangelicals in the GOP, and nothing else.

Like racism is your worst problem...
Like you all don't have a whole bakers dozen of other nut jobs and most of them REASONS you lost the last election. People think the earth is older than 6 or 9 thousand years like many GOPs in office now will argue with you. They don't seem to have a clue about where babies come from or how they are made. They don't know about environmental sciences, or the field of nutrition. A good 50% disagree with Darwin and Evolution as a broad explanation for life on Earth.

Again....the GOP is more similar to each other when it comes to race and religion. You can't deny it. They are trying to pick up the Hispanics now late in the game...big deal. How disingenuous and fake is this after you all just stood behind a man who urged SELF DEPORTATION? Don't you think people are going to see how phony this is? Par for the course though.

The Democrats are more race diverse and religious diverse. That's just how it is.

Didn't Bill Clinton, the first official black president state that Byrd was just doing what people in that time did??? You know, everyone joined the KKK and burned crosses back then. EVERYONE.

Yeah, a humungous error in judgement, but they will never admit it, because it is always different for Liberals.

I have never read either of them. I can't say never. I have seen them occasionally but I read a variety of news source and those are not among them. If you were to ask me what I read I'm keeping the "lots of things" answer since it was good enough for Palin.

Like racism is your worst problem...

I suppose you know what my racial background is, where I grew up and what I had to deal with as a child?

That's the way to do it, put it all on me.
Well, I'm not from WV, so I never voted that 'guy' into office.
I'm not a Democrat, so I didn't keep electing the kind of people that would give him the power that he held.
I'm not a Republican.
I am Libertarian.
I am Conservative on some issues, liberal on others.
I am a Melongeon and I grew up in a very white part of Appalachia.
If you want to support racists leading the Democratic Party, that's fine, but don't presume to tell me that racism has never been a problem for me, or that I should support it too, just because it suits you to support it.
