Repent! Repent!

Repentance means two things -

Seeking God and asking forgiveness of all your sins and evil deeds (and we all have them), and turning from your sins. It doesn't mean to ask forgiveness and continue in sin, it means to seek forgiveness and turn from sin.

With Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Israel being attacked and war looming, it looks like the prophetic significance of December 21, 2012 will mark the beginning of the Great Tribulation.

Other signs to look for are a "peacemaker" looking to establish "unity", and the third temple being rebuilt. If you see these two occurrences alongside with the mess going on in the Middle East, you can be 100% rest assured, along with all the other prophecies being fulfilled and signs that we are entering into the Great Tribulation.

Turn to Jesus Christ, turn to God the Father, turn to there Holy Spirit, turn your back to sin and wickedness, love your neighbor as yourself and give of yourself selflessly, the time is drawing nigh,

The Great Isaiah prophesied around 700 B.C. about the events occurring now;

Double for all her sins.”

3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
“Prepare the way of the Lord;

4 Every valley shall be exalted

The crooked places shall be made straight
And the rough places smooth;
5 The glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
And all flesh shall see it together;
For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

If your "God" judges me for acting according to the way he planned, then he is no better than I am, for he is the one who made me this way. I will tell him that. And then...I will forgive him for judging me. I will kiss his cheek, and wish him better luck the next time around. Then I shall take my seat aboard the train to hell.

Because the worst thing I can do is emulate his condemning character. That would make me no better than him.

the only reason your religion is popular is because believers like you went around murdering, raping, stealing and forcing others to believe. This was done so much it wiped out many beliefs.

Tell me would god look more kindly upon the believers in the past that committed the most vile sins on this earth or someone like me that lives an honest life but doesnt believe in a man made book used to control the minds of its followers

The father who creates a child, and then destroys that child out of spite, is not a father at all, much less loving and benevolent. Such a person is insecure, weak, and ignorant. Such a person is unworthy of either respect or worship, for they would likely by unable to responsibly handle such power over another creature. They would be unable to maintain such a relationship. They would destroy everything, one way or another. Hmm - that does sound familiar, doesn't it?

When you were a child and did not understand discipline, did you not look at your father as a big evil meany?

When you grew up, did you not realize discipline, rules and judgements were for your own good and put in place out of love for you, because Dad knows best?

I disagree with that. It's the people with faith who find beauty and meaning in everything, even when it seems that all light is lost to the darkness that spawns from the hearts of men.

People of faith bring hope to this world, when all others have despaired. In this, at least, they are a blessing.
