For those of you who watch these often, does a cease fire actually encourage both sides to STOP or do they mostly ignore it? It would be nice if it all just stopped.

Maybe someone else can help. I haven't had a problem with it.

I know further back in the thread it was discussed. Check around page 208.

Go to first link, press yes when box pops up. Leave that tab open then go to second link in new tab. Should work. If not, try opening first link, click yes, then go to second link in the same tab. Of course if you block cookies, clicking yes may not work either.
