If Presidents have no control why do people still blame Bush?.

I could be wrong but I don't remember 20 petitions to secede when Bush, Clinton, or Reagan got their second term.

Oh please. You act like Obama had anything to do with the enconomy crashing before he came into office. The economy is on the way up and seems to be getting some real traction, not that any President really has control of that. And the states are doing anything. People like you who seem to think Obama has 100 page list of failures and crimes that they get from nutty websites are the people who have created these petitions. They represent nobody beyond the nutter fringe. We saw the same sort of crap when Bush got a second term, nutters then and nutters now. It never ends.

Nahhh, you read me wrong mate, Obama has been sooooo great! Everything has improved and the whole country is doing so great! He brought everyone home from all the wars like he promised!, He shut down Guantanamo just like he promised..
He never tells any lies either..

Gosh I just don't have enough room here to tell you how wonderful obama has made America with more freedoms than ever before.. He even got us a renewed NDAA and extended that awesome patriot act so that we can catch ourselves when we act like terrorists!

And you mentioned Bush? Yeah he was a lot of fun too and I know he started most of this stuff. and maybe Obama just wanted to help him? Seems like it since he has rubber stamped everything Bush did..

Yeah, these people have really helped America!

Oh, I almost forgot the gun running that obama and holder did, which got that border agent killed as well as others.. But that info came from some of those nutty websites, (like every single news reporting site in the world)
So that doesn't count? You approve of a murdering president? As long as he's your man he can do anything and you relegate it to a non issue? Says a lot about your lack of morality and lack of character..;

I say we let these crybabies renounce their citizenship

we have 12 million people here that risked their lives crossing a desert just to get here so they could have a shot at a better future.

we need more of those people, the kind that made this country great. we dont need crybabies

Let me guess they are all red states and are sore about the election.

imo this won't happen those petitions are for us to feel like we have a voice. Any meaningful petition would get the runaround and a polite lengthy reason why they can't do it.

There's a few Blue states in among the 20.

Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas

It's pretty much symbolic, that's about it.

Though if one of the petitions get 25K or more signatures in a month, the Obama admin has to issue an official statement.

Look how cute people actually think they have a say in the way this country is run.
I have news for them TPTB have are winning and have been doing so for 100 years or more. They will have more power a week from now and a year from now. And nothing we do will change this simple fact.

Dont believe me? Look how many people still fight over the two party system. It is like watching a dog show.

Oh please, a bunch of cry babies angry over the election. The States aren't going to be doing anything.

If that did happen the more intelligent among us would just leave and let the brutes kill each other.

I'm not so sure.... 20 states having petitions like this reflects very poorly on the president, not because he won the election and people are just mad, but because of his destruction of the economy (by willful negligence, or because he is inept at everything)..

His list of failures and crimes would take up an entire large 100 page website... I think that is why so many states are doing this, not election rage...

Oh yeah? and whom would these nutters be? And what nutty websites would they be from? Guess during your tired rant, you forgot where you are posting!!

Please oh please list 3 good things Obama has done for this country.. That would be positives not blaming someone else for the state of anything..On his own his administration......Gee, I can't think of one!

Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

Wow, just wow. Reading this post I know why I don't follow politics. I would have to say, when the Constitution was made, that was back in the day when your word, and a hand shake would seal the deal, call me old school, the govt has gotten too big. there should only be two representives from each state, one for the house, and one for the senate. No matter how big the state is. Hey there is ALOT of money freed up right there. The govt has way over complicated things. The simpler things are the better they are..... Just my opinion...take it or leave it

it was people like these who are petitioning who left their country after struggles like this one to come to america. but the earth has been claimed by a small group and there is no place to keep running to claim your own,for freedom and real rights.that group just keeps cornering these people and triying to force into submission.at some point if you leave no room the cat will attack.cry babies ?cause they go the legal way?you prefer a ocupy protest?voting the same old people?whats your brilliant idea?or you think its all fine? do you really think muslims had the 911 evidence shipped to china?knock knock! any one home?

lol wut? the economy is in no way shape or form going up, but i agree that problem doesn't sit on the presidents shoulders. the economy is a ponzi scheme and it's falling down, just give it a couple weeks and you should see just how fake it is. just a theory but i think it will be tumbling hard very soon.

if anything this should reflect on our bought and paid for legislative branch, who care nothing of the country or the people, but they do love to watch their bank accounts grow.
