I am thinking it is a VERY GOOD THING i left my 401k in a bond fund instead of taking advantage of the recent stock market drop.

There may be a lot of empty offices in corporate headquarters in the near future. Privatized prisons will be doing a bumper business, though!

It seems appropriate...(and only fair)...that the administration also experiences 16% unemployment, in direct proportion to the rest of the country.

Here's a little bit of interesting conspiracy-fodder:
With these new revelations about Gen. Allen (and the shirtless FBI investigator), THIS is coming back to military social liaison JILL KELLY.

- Does anyone realize that JILL KELLY has an identical twin sister...who just happens to be a successful 'WHISTLEBLOWER' attorney?

You are really still so far behind the game that you STILL think in the terms of Dem/Pub?

This is something else. Much larger than the entertainment election we all participated in last week. I don't understand why anyone would still be thinking that unemployment/the economy has anything to do with government policy any more.

Relax...just a bit of levity, my friend.
I believe, if you read my posts here, you'll see that I am very much aware that this scandal is much larger than mere political issues.

OK, sorry. My bad.

Unfortunately there are a large number of folks around here that actually believe in that stuff still.

Soros, Russian oligarchs, another country (how is Russia's economy these days?).

I don't think there is enough liquidity there to get this job done. Soros? Pretty sure there is more money in the people who are being blindsided by this.

I see something interesting that to most will seem completely unrelated. But when STUXnet was found by the Russian antivirus company Kaspersky internet virus his son was kidnapped in Russia they used cellphone tracking and social media such as twitter and facebook to track him. Now that this bomb is going off just like what happened in Turkey when the top military was arrested along with organized crime figures and what they called high price prostitutes. McAfee is wanted for killing a US Expatriot in Belize. Also another link would be the Aspen Institute that leaked the US was behind STUXnet. Where Broadwell leaked info on Benghazi having prisoners at the Embassy.

Did you hear about Putin?

The Russian daily newspaper Nezavisimaya cited an unnamed EU source as having been informed that Prime Minister Medvedev would be attending the summit in place of Mr Putin.

Mr Peskov denied rumours that Mr Putin is suffering from a serious back injury from guiding Siberian Cranes, hatched in captivity, along a migration route in a motorised hang glider in September.

Sibel Edmonds stumbled upon the secret spy ring that Bush told her to stop looking at. It was a spy ring in Turkey that was spying on Turkey and many other countries. A global spy ring with no known leader.

What doesn't make sense to me, is WHY would Jill Kelly call in the FBI to investigate those so-called harassing emails she was receiving from Paula Broadwell, when she (Kelly) must have known that her 30,000 emails to/from General Allen would also be uncovered.

This is VERY suspicious.

It only makes sense if she (Kelly) was working for/cooperating with the FBI...or,...if it really wasn't Kelly instigating the Petraeus/Broadwell email investigation.

I think Romney vetting which would be done by the FBI was the reason it all started. And the reason it was never told to the other side Obama. Political election seems to have trumped the nations security and Congress should find out why. Obama was told election day only after they knew he was going to win?

Romney wanted Petraeus as VP.

Romney's vetting team leader who was sent to Tampa Florida Mark Nielsen.

NEW question:
WHY does Allen DENY he was having an affair with Jill Kelly?...especially if he is told the FBI has 30,000 emails of his to her?

Broadwells's co-author on the Petraeus book was a Pentagon correspondent for the Washington Times.

Well this is interesting.....

No timeline on when it was found though......

The woman revealed to have been carrying on an affair with former CIA Director David Petraeus lost her driver's license in a Washington, D.C., park recently, sources tell U.S. News.

A Maryland National Capital Park Police spokesman confirmed that a jogger found a North Carolina license in Rock Creek Park belonging to Paula Broadwell. Park Police planned to hold it for 90 days, per policy, and then send it back to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

Probably just a coincidence....

Dead drop?

I'm kinda scared to comment on this right now. It's getting crazier and more salacious as we go. Petraeus wouldn't be the first powerful man to let the little head get him in trouble.

But this is pretty damn crazy too much flying thought the air to get a good a handle on whatever is going on here.

Fun to watch though.
