Help! I can't get into my blog

When Zion Mainframe U2'd me with my new blog information there was a link there to click on to sign into my blog. Where I sign in as MountainStar and type in my password. I kept that U-2 because that was the way I got into my blog. I tried to save it but it wouldn't save it... and now it is gone.
I can't get into my blog. I'm sooooo stupid at this computer stuff. Remember I was without electricity for 8 years okay? Could someone help me please?
