Ibelieve it was in the thread I linked, where the forum staff commented about the fact there was a high probability he was a member here prior to his freak out.

There have been several threads about it, I can't link them from my phone right now, the wifi isn't cooperating, I had to wait ten minutes to post my last reply, and try to get this onego through.

It isn't like it is ATS's fault, as it is an open forum, and all are welcome until they give a reason to be removed. It is kinda like finding out Manson used to frequent the same coffee house that you do, or lived in an apartment building you rent in, it just brings it home and makes it more personal some how.

I wish. The authorities, though, aren't going to allow any independent journalist near him--ever.

Okay, so there were some witnesses, I don't deny that, there was also surveillance video that was confiscated by the feds, yet, as you say, why did it take so long? Because this shooting was not as clear cut as it may seem, it has conspiracy written all over it, mind controlled patsy, media demonization of gun owners, sketchy photographs of Loughner with video evidence suppressed, and a year of forced medication against his will. Sure, don't believe in the conspiracy theory, but how else do you explain the massive delay of an otherwise open and shut case that left a federal judge and a nine year old murdered and an injured congresswoman? Incompetence is an understatement, a third world dictatorship would probably serve justice more efficiently than this system did.

Got it, we are making the same point.

The system failed. I agree 100%

Some people go into a state of denial when a conspiracy theorist from a site they frequent snaps and goes on a murderous rampage. They have to make that itself into a conspiracy to shield their own demographic from as much blame as possible. Jared could go on national television with his confession and it wouldn't matter to some people. Even if there were crystal clear video footage of the shooting up on youtube, that too would be said to be part of the conspiracy and the uploader's credibility would be questioned. I for one find it fascinating that Jared chose to fixate on the space shuttle being a hoax before shooting the wife of an active shuttle commander and huge NASA supporter in congress. In that way I DO think the ATS connection is an important one.

Loughner is not likely to ever go on national television and say anything. He said nothing during his trial, made no public comment while he was being drugged, and made no comment after his sentencing. So where in this long history of silence do you foresee him going on national television (assuming that would even be legal from jail, maybe jerry springer let's say)?

What's interesting about the death penalty is he was forced to take anti psychotic drugs to treat schizophrenia, so how could the prosecutors disprove his mental illness if the state itself declared him mentally unfit?

Pretty sure he is mentally ill.

I think it would be more humane to euthanize people like this rather than stick them in a prison for a crime they might not even remember committing, to be used as a human punching bag for 6 more decades.

So that would make at least 2 people that I know of that were ATS members that went on a killing spree.

It is funny how the articles title brings up the politician he shot and mentions nothing of the killing. It should have been titled mass murderer Jared Loughner sentenced to life in prison. sure they mention the people killed in the article, but the spend way more time on the politician as if she is someone special.

I guess we know who the important ones are now.

I agree, she wasn't the only person effected by his actions, but you never hear much about any of the others.

Perhaps the others and their families didn't want to be responsible for giving him any more attention. I don't really know.

Who was the other that went on a killing spree? I didn't hear about them, just 3rad( jared).

Who was the second?

My first comment, means I am not sure about his guilt at all. At the very least there was a second shooter, the rifle shooter. There is a huge huge thread here somewhere, it started right after the shooting, and went on and on as new info was dug up. There is a boatload of info in it. You can even see how the MSM tried their damndest in the beginning to make him out to be a right wing devil worshipper

Maybe filosophia can link it, she was there too, I can't find it myself.

Here is the original Tucson shooting thread:

The other shooter who used to post on ATS was Red Lake(3-21-05), MN school shooter Jeff Weise (10 dead).

This was definitely a covert op.

They have acknowledged 24 different gunshot wounds in the 13 wounded victims. Add that to 9 wounds in the dead and you get 33 different gunshot wounds. Plus add 2 more for 'misses'--rounds recovered in the Safeway store and you have 35 rounds fired from a max 32 round gun (1 in the chamber and 31 in the mag, as per the official story).

I would like to see them explain that.

*Or maybe he didn't even fire that many:

www.npr.org...
There were still bullets in the suspect's gun when he was tackled by two bystanders, Dupnik says.

Patsy sentenced...Nothing to see here.

More bullets fired(and in the gun) than possible without reloading another clip magazine.

See this was a black operation and they setup a brainwashed foil to take the fall. They probably screwed his head on opiates and crap to keep him from talking.

Starviego got it. It was Jeff Weise. It has been some time since his spree of murder. I forget what is screen name was.

I believe there are others who have done something similar it just has not come to light yet. I also am sure there are more waiting to snap. I say this not only because it is a large community and is to be expected just in the numbers alone, but also because of the nature of the site and those it brings here.

Nah, that is definitely not the thread I was speaking of, unless a bunch of posts were deleted. It was way longer than that one, I had to have made like 100 posts in it. Too bad post history only goes back 800 posts

It reminds me of Jeff Weise the Native American nazi. I think he killed nine people.

His profile page.

I guess it wasn't as big since there was no congresswoman.

He posted this.

The only time this ever happened to me was when I was in a seriously messed up mental state. It felt like I was detached from reality and that everything was fake, like it was all a dream that I knew I'd wake up from. Sad thing is I didn't... Never the less, I've expierienced something similar, even if it was due to mental instability.

Too bad the kid never got proper help.
