What's your favorite way to eat bacon or what do you eat it with?

Bacon ... chewy or crispy ... doesn't matter. As long as it's BACON!

I saw someone post a few days ago about bacon covered in brown sugar and baked.
That sounded great. I can't do sugar anymore, but man that sounded great!

I love anything with bacon but reading this thread i had a brainstorm.

I was thinking of deep fried bacon (It's bacon deep fried with fried chicken batter) ( never had the chance to try it) and my favorite fried chicken - why not marry the two and wrap battered bacon onto fried chicken (then deep fry) and have the best of both at once.

I'd DIE for this.. assuming I can pull it off. I can simply Imagine all the juices and flavors (I use Cajun seasonings and spices, like Popeyes) I can even see some pineapple in this to make it more festive.

( I didn't look, just my luck someone has already invented it LOL)

The best way to eat is make sure my food never has any of it in it.

I eat bacon as much as I can. On anything and everything. It goes good on just about anything.

I wanna try that so bad now. I am kind of mad Popeye's stopped those spiced wings so quick, they were awesome. Maybe they'll add these to the menu.
