With all this bickering going on about the election, I thought it would be nice to post a story that should make everyone feel good and maybe, just maybe hold out a little hope for humanities future.

I did a search and didn't see it,( though I am not very good at that stuff )

Also, if this is in the wrong place I hope a MOD will help me out.

Enjoy! It brightened my day

As first reported by AZFamily.com, all Johnson's mother wanted was to know the name of the girls who were bullying her daughter. Instead, Jones decided to take it upon himself to protect the freshman, eating lunch with her every day and ensuring that she was protected by a phalanx of other football players when she walked through the hall.

It really made me smile today to know that some people still have good hearts and all it takes is a concious effort to make a difference in someones life instead of a hindrance.

Thanks for story OP .
SnF for the smile.

Here she is with her protectors.

Bullies make me sick. It's up to us to change it when we see it.

When Children are well guided in life they are quite capable of working out what to do - exactly like this situation. I have every faith in Young Adults and when they are given the chance to do what is right and what is good - we get great results. I imagine there are some amazing parents and guardians in this story as well.

Awesome story thank you for posting.

Much Peace...

Glad you liked the story as much as I did Daphne, it does pull on the heartstrings

Add: I would have included a little more like you but I'm still learning how to do a lot of this stuff here

It's not hard, you'll learn in no time.

Didn't mean to show you up, really, but wanted to bring more of the story out.

Bump for this feel good story.
