Isn't this the third thread you've started this way? May I suggest you send a U2U to a Mod and ask for help?

You should've used a 1200 telescope and an iphone 5

Will check it out when you get it working!

I think I've been here before...
edit on 5-11-2012 by scorpiosin because: DejaVu

ETA: You got them working! Wow those are really good. I've been thinking about a telescope. Was wondering what kinda price range I'd be looking at to be able to see some cool images.

The scope is a 8inch Sky Watcher the eq mount coast me almost as much as the scope but will be good for photograpy once I get the motors.
I will post a pic of scope tonight when I put the weird pics on I can only put them in photo bucket though so ill post a reply once there up when you look to the top right of the full moon through the scope wich is actuly bottom left you see a lot of what looks like cranes and high rise buildings I got one pic so far of that area and am waiting for next full moon to go back there again now I got my zoomed shots more in focus

Great pictures! May I ask how you ended up posting them? Did you have to upload from your iPhone to a website and then provide a link to the page? I have been unable to find a way to post pics directly from my iPhone. Is it possible?

Nice pictures.

I have an Orion 6 inch reflector that I kind of neglected over the years.

I used to get the clearest planet observations I have ever personally seen.

I need to get it fixed or get a new one.

All I have now is my sons that santa paid 40 bucks for. The clarity is not there at all.

Nice pics! Just to show everyone another option... This pic was taken with an inexpensive Panasonic video camera. And at a miniscule fraction of its zoom capabilities. (Scroll right.)
