This could be a hoax. Did a google search and this video is from June 2012, the comments are screaming hoax. A confirmation in this thread would be great, real or not.

Gootan ships and planet Gootan? As for the video and alien base, I'm calling BS on that one.

As for the Robo-Alien I say that could be possible, however with the OP images, it is really hard to tell what, if anything at all, that thing is. Could be just some random debris...Do we know the aleged size of this thing? That might help in explaining what we are looking at.

After evaluation of the article and given the witnesses count, I do not think this is a made up story. So good job with this one, OP, now that's something I would follow closely as well, among the boring pointless threads of craters looking like buildings, and some youtube videos crap posted for months.

Some scientists are so funny 'There is no evidence it's aliens...' - I mean broken recorder playing on loop much? Yes I agree, we cannot call it without knowing what it is, and if it is non-natural at all but come on, when I read some scientist mentioning 'evidence evidence evidence evidence ' - I am like 'You flipping idiot, what do you know about military secrets? Like some scientist like you would be told...'

I understand the need to make sure what it is before calling it 'alien' but the way some scientists think is just stupid, because they ignore the things they would be never told about.

Personally, I am thinking it could be some test device by some country, China or Russia, but the part with a robot lifting off - eh is there any decoration the story?

The surrounding hill shows it not a thermal image, otherwise the hills feature would not have been visible but only the heat signature given off by the soil.

Sorry, IR or thermal cameras have a variety of settings and terrain is easily distinguishable. These cameras distinguish the differences in temperature, not light. The hotter the source, the "brighter" the image. Military uses them in warfare, omitting the color settings as it tends to distract from the target. These guys were sitting ducks.

Warning---Graphic!

And once again the reports are not from simple "hill dwellers" they are from a government scientific research expidition, to understand this phenomenon.

Yah, reports to investigators from where...? From the people that live there. Anyway the image in the photo is human hiking on the ground, not floating. I even see a "pack".

What about "hiker" getting airborne?

The humanoid object then rapidly became airborne and disappeared.

The video you provided is completely on a gray scale, i have also seen thermal images in blue red yellow and white scales. But the image of the robo dude shows it a coloured photo graph.

And the scientists are from a government body i.e the space agency ISRO, not locals. They were sent in from the center. Please read the article and see the images, i have repeated the same thing many many times.

And India Today provides sequenced images of the thing taking off.

It has been talked about in the parliament and the defence minister confirmed the reports.

As I have posted earlier, i think we must pressure the Indian Government on releasing more information and pictures. I was hoping for multiple emails sent requesting more info.

We're talking about India here.

My buddy who is in medical school was there two summers ago. He said the market was lined with mystics, fortune tellers and unlicensed doctors who said they could remove tumors from you without any surgical tools. Years ago, those quacks were debunked when hidden cameras caught them using chicken parts. Anyway, he was there as part of a humanitarian deal where they provided free checkups and medical services for the poor. Some of the people were so superstitious they would rather some nutjob rub pebbles & incense over them while chanting, than taking the antibiotics he was giving them.

India, Pakistan....etc...full of superstitious and ideological extremists. I would take whatever they say with a grain of salt and assume it's BS, unless real evidence is presented.

I'm unclear here, you're saying that because India, and the hundreds of millions of people that make it up, has some nuts, the entire populace and apparent government agencies involved here, are to be dismissed? If that's the logic, then because the US had Fatty Arbuckle, anything Einstein said was to be taken with a grain of salt. Or because the US has Jersey Shore, everything coming from MIT is suspect?

It is VERY hard to convey seeing something that is not supposed to exist to a person who wholly believes the thing does not exist. In fact, this they greatest effort in futility. Jesus could come back, walk on water, heal the sick, water into wine and put every action on youtube, from 500 different angles, and most of the population would say, "eh, hoax, show me proof." Could this be why he is never coming back, hell I'm never coming back after seeing this insane asylum.

It is a valid point that the Army, which must maintain credibility at all costs, has put itself on the line in some way. If so, why?

Sorry, do you believe Einstein was American? I credit the American Education for that one. I think the poster was saying that even though India is indeed becoming a power house, there are still many who look for evidence of the supernatural.

1. Einstein became an American citizen in 1940, prior to dropping the bomb.
2. You're taking up the fight with another but even you don't know what he means as you said, "I THINK the poster..." if it isn't clear to you.....
3. Whatever his point is, it is nonsense. Condemning all people because there are a few nuts is not an argument and defending that with the information you provided is even more nuts.
4. I blame the American School system for all of this.

Please let me add what i think...
There were other governments that reported almost the same thing..
2 come to mind, Mexico and Brazil

Mexico www.youtube.com...
Great military footage i'm sure that was covered by ats sometime.

For Brazil you need to check "operação prato" or Plate operation, it is a really old military operation that concluded that areas in amazon were being scouted by "things" the military could not confirm what they were, ther reports talked about balls of light but, they did not know why they were visiting the region.

So we have 3 distinct governments that confirm to us that earth is being scouted by something they can not explain, that share the same traces, in case flying balls of light..... and if you take the time frame of these 3 reports you can see this is going for a while since the brazilian ones are from the 60-70's.

It strike me as odd how much people think this may be a scam or bs, since you have piles of evidence everywhere that leads to this being true from military personal to airport workers and civilian videos of the same thing, same patterns.

And dont think it is easy for military talk about something like that, the felling of being outplayed and becoming powerless is brutal to them, so i take that's why they sound like it is a threat so they don't look weak and make people suspicious of the military potential of their government.

Ever wonder if a U-2 spyplane could drop a strong thin tether from a pod under her.... with some really neat things attached to the tether to confuse people on the ground?

Orbs of light......even a 4 foot robot thingy that could appear to walk for a bit before it 'zips away'.

Are we crazy enough to build something like that for giggles? Sure would be fun to do wouldn't it?

Thats very offensive. So we are lesser humans compared to you ? As with all places there are different kinds of people...may it be rich/poor, educated vs illiterate etc . So as to label our entire race like you did is ignorant of you. And i am just fuming and controlling myself from so giving you a good piece of my mind here.

But the image of the robo dude shows it a coloured photo graph.

"Robo dude "

Its a hiker...

"Robo" hiker dude is climbing away from us up an outcrop. It's a thermal image. You can tell because here in the close up there are heat gradients. We see his back pack (the darker red region on his back). We can even tell the difference between the shirt and pants he is wearing (the pants are a little "bluer"). He has to climb all the way to the top before taking off (which we don't see)?

All of India is enthralled with the "glowing robo dude", cause the average Indian doesn't understand the imaging technology. Sounds like they got some "believers" on ATS too.

Oooh! UFO Robo Dude. It's confirmed!

Yes it seems set up. I just got back from the store and I couldn't believe the meat was about put of stock and water as well. Scared me bad. Looks like earths axis is off too. The eye of the bull in Taurus constellation is about to make "the eye" we see on the dollar and above pyramids. The summer and winter triangles are about to even out on the horizon. Moon is a ship

Not funny, you're moronic.

Also, the Yahoo link in the OP doesn't work. Apparently its a "server hangup" for this specific article, and not for anything else.

Cool. It seems that different countries have been (by interesting coincidence) coming out UFO evidence lately. This stuff never seems to hit the mainstream that much, but it is mentioned, almost as if it's so that if something were to happen (or to be revealed in the near future) they could say, "We have been honest about this stuff. We have publicly admitted to spotting these UFO's in recent years—see?" Hmmm...
