No, that is a separate case. Make a thread on it if you like and we can discuss the merits of that case. I don't know why you think other cases have any bearing here, only the facts of THIS case do.

As they should be. It is not their property, I would expect that response if someone was preventing me from occupying my home or selling it. The banks have the same right. We have a legal system for a reason, they should use it instead of breaking the law.
