Cop Tasers 10-Year-Old Boy For Refusing to Clean Patrol Car

www.infowars.com

A state police officer in New Mexico is being sued after he allegedly tasered a child in a school playground for no reason other than he refused to clean the cop’s patrol car.

The boy’s legal guardian, Rachel Higgins, claims that Officer Chris Webb shot the boy, referred to as “R.D.”, with a 50,000 volt stun gun while visiting on a “career day” at Tularosa New Mexico Intermediate School on May 4.

The complaint notes that the officer approached a group of boys and asked which of them wanted

If this is proven to be true I hope this officer gets more than sued, he should face the full extent of the law and end up in jail.

The LEO is alleged to have said:

“‘Let me show you what happens to people who do not listen to the police.’”

What kind of psycho tazes a ten year old?

Since this is not officially proven I cannot confirm this actually happened but it appears to be legit due to witness accounts. If legit, this officer is a real sicko.

How many more stories like this must we hear about before we stand up and demand a change in the screening process when it comes to hiring LEO's.

Not all cops are bad but there sure are a lot of "bad apples".

I used the Infowars as my main source since they reported it first, but I included other links for those of you who dislike Infowars.

All I can say is that I've always defended cops whenever somebody has said, "I hate cops. Society doesn't need them."

But on the other hand, every experience I have had with a LEO has felt like an injustice.

But that is outrageous if true in the OP.

Here is the original "Courtroom News" source.

Link.

This is a civil case so the reporting often only tells one side of the story, or what is claimed by the party suing. I think no matter what in this case it's going to be impossible to justify the incident, regardless of how many sides to the story we hear.

I hope to never hear this from a police officer:

“‘Let me show you what happens to people who do not listen to the police.’”

Scary Stuff, there is historical precedent for where this kind of behaviour leads.

Earlier this month, two police officers in Texas tasered a man who was having a seizure, causing the 50-year-old to suffer a heart attack and permanent brain damage. The cops were so ill equipped to deal with the situation, that they broke out tasers and shocked a man who was already convulsing on the ground.

This incident and the one focused on in the OP are perpetuating the horrible image the police force is getting and i fear that in a time of crisis, when the police actually need us to do something for our own protection we will not listen, we could possible rebel and then all those bullets DHS bought will find new homes in the bodies of American citizens.

Thanks for the link

I wonder what the principal has to say about this. Due to the ongoing court proceedings most parties are probably required to stay quiet until it's all over.

I hope they took pictures of the scars and that the principal's story matches the alleged victim's.

Time for the 'Police acts of brutality' sub forum yet?

I know some schools have cameras out side of the building in high traffic areas, I wonder if this school had any? If this story is true and a ten year old got tazed. I see no really good way for the cop to walk away from this one. It's a ten year old, I know some kids are big for there age but a ten year old. I have an 11 year old at home I can still restrain one handed without hurting him. So way would he even need to draw any weapon?

Due to the never ending incidents of police brutality I think that is a great idea

I think we would have to start a thread in a special forum to make this request but I'm sure many members would be against this idea due to their blind support of the police state we are trapped in.

"IF" this is true, it seems high time for us, the people, to take the law into our own hands. As for how, the first thing that comes to my mind is SWIFT AND SEVERE!
But again that's "IF" this is true.

Are cops taking stupid pills now, or what?

The problem is definitely getting worse.

Very true, I know a few good police, the kind you like having on a police force. But I'm sad to say that some have already left the force for different jobs or are looking for a different job. Since they don't like what the force has be come now.

Is it just me or does it seem like LEO's are trying to provoke us to retaliate? Of course this stuff could've been going on since forever, but on the other hand, could this be a new....planned phenomenon?

The recent 'Zombie' drills that the police and military have been participating in obviously are aimed at dealing with agitated citizens. Is this a plan to flush out all of the potential troublemakers?

They incite...we fight....they strike.

Hey, this is a conspiracy site, right?

Warning...Graphic Material...

It's frightening to see so many young people fall victim to such brutal acts by the very people who are supposed to protect us.

Here in New Mexico this is not being reported onany of the major media outlets. There are many officers throughout the state with that attitude and I think they are beginning to outnumber the good officers that tqake their jobs seriously and know that they are public servants. There have been incidents where an autistic child was handcuffed to his chair by police in Albuquerque, A teenage girl was tased in the head while running away... the list goes on and on. This morning the news was reporting on a case where two officers were fired for brutality when arresting a man. One officer held the suspect down while the other kicked him in the head over and over. The two officers then did a chest bump in celebration of their brutal act, all on camera. The State Police officer that injured the ten year old will probably just get transferred out of his current position and knowing New Mexico he will get a raise. This is a corrupt place.

I typically defend LEO because I know what kind of crap they have to go through and there ARE good ones out there. However, there is NO defending jacka**** like this one. "Show what happens when you don't listen to Police", are you KIDDING ME?!

First off, when is it EVER acceptable to taze a child? Secondly, aren't those tasers designated as non lethal weapons against BAD guys?

Like another member said, IF this is true it's about time we do something about it. The cops aren't the end all, they're citizens just like us. And when they get out of line, they have to answer to someone...
