I think this is great. Look at what Disney has done with Marvel.

Best Marvel movies have been made since Disney bought them out. I'm super excited, George Lucas destroyed 1-3. So I'm happy he will not do 7-9.

Worth noting that the scripts were already written for the next 3 movies. So Lucas has written them and disney bought them ready to shoot. Someone might have hope for good movies but at this point I must remind you that it was Lucas who was responsible for episodes 1-3

Disney has a bad habit of putting movies we all love into
their vaults for many,many years.Allowing these movies
out of their vaults for a limited time and at a premium price.

Lucas said he would never sell it. So maybe Lucas got some info on 2012 and needs to get ready.

Walt would have never done this. It's his greedy money grubbing, destroy everything Disney once was descendents that we should be cursing.

Star wars really hasn't been that good since Empire, so if Disney can breath new life into it then thats better for the fans!

I thought its true because we currently residing in this time.

But I have the same confusion as to any connection.

Did George Lucas need a billion Euros to by a ticket on one the life rafts out of the 2012 movie, was short on cash and though hey Disney being one of 4 media gods lets make a deal so I can get my ticket and have some spare change
